Jeep payload ratings vary considerably, depending on your particular model's trim, from a rather meagre 1130 lbs to a still not so swell 1350 lbs.
2012 Jeep Payload Ratings
My own 2014 192RBS which weighs a couple hundred less than new versions runs ~ 4600 lbs loaded and ready to camp, with an average gross tongue weight of 600 to 625 lbs, so payload (or more correctly lack thereof) will be your major limiting factor.
