We stayed a couple of nights in Hobart, AZ... on the north side of I-40 there are a bunch of motels... with a big field between 2 of them. I pulled the truck out to the middle of the field... leveled by driving up on some wooden blocks, put the slide out and went to bed.... slept soundly. We were worn out from the Petrified Forest.
The next morning we drove around town on Rt-66. We got pictures of a WigWom motel and found the old Court House... and the museum that was in it. Very nice museum, we highly recommend it.
We'd left the camper at a small park in the middle of town and when we returned to it we "parked" for the day. After dinner we returned to motel row. We could see MH people going to the Dollar store from our free parking spot.
