We are still in Lake Charkes, LA. We got a mile and a half walk in yesterday evening... finished a good book and started another.
It was 47°F overnight.... with hard winds... today it's up to 67°F at 10:45 AM... why do I mention this... It is snowing at home and a weather bomb is forcast for the east coast of Floriday, Ga. SC, etc... with snow... and the northeast is expecting Hurricane force winds along withtheir winter weather.
All in all... makes this area tropical.
We have seen very few RV's... most with Quebec plates. We did see truck campers heading north on two ocassions... one of them flashed his lights in return for our greetings.
I hope that all of you are planning to get out soon.
There will be a few pictures later...
