Florida Gulf Coast boondocking
Considering touring on Hwy 98 from Gulf Breeze FL to Panama City FL. Have a 40ft Holiday Rambler & towing. Noticing that the Walmarts are "no overnighting", has anyone done this & boondocked along the way? If so, any suggestion for stopping locations at night without being woken up & asked to move on??? Thanks Ivylog..the only noise from pushing on the teter toter switch (in & out), is a clicking at the Power Gear motor. I'll look around/underneath the front step in the morning. We have a 2000 Holiday Rambler Endeavor 40 PBD with Power Gear slides. Question is...can anyone please advise where I can locate the slide control relay box for the front slide? Hello Folks, just bought a 2000 Holiday Rambler Endeavor with two slides on same side..Freightliner chassis...my problem is the front slide switch (over the passenger seat) does not work on occasion. I can hear a clicking sound underneath in the middle of the chassis, but the gear won't engage. This has happened a couple of times, so it works intermittently. I've checked the fuses/breaker but can't find the source to correct the issue. I have a 2000 Holiday Rambler on Freightliner chassis..4-way flashers go fast,slow,stop all the time..looked thru old manual. found fuses for the turn signal operation, but nothing on the 4-way flasher. I've noticed all 4 jacks on my 2000 Holiday Rambler are starting to leak automatic transmission fluid. I believe the seals are going. Someone suggested using a "stop leak additive" to my reservoir, but not sure if that procedure will do more harm than good.
