Would anyone have instruction, or know from experience, on removing the Evans Tempcon dash air evaporator core? The heater and air evaporator are on the front firewall up high. Kind of hard to get at.Thanks
Chris, I have tried everything except switching from zone 1 direct to zone 2. When I ran the control cable from zone 1 to zone 2, the relay quit clicking but the unit would still come on when I turned the 110 breaker on.
Chris, I'm thinking it is the control board with the start relay fused in the closed position. The thermostat works perfectly on zone 1, but will not read zone 2.

Also, the MW will sometimes need to be reset. It will be acting just like what you had now. You will need to unplug it for a minute or so. Plug it back in, and it should be reset. I've had to do this a couple of times.
