Might be a future purchase of ours. My wife loves the BIG front one piece windshield with the overhead bunk that comes down. Give me your thoughts. Thanks in advance.Re: Refrigerator question??Thanks everyone for your comments. Its about a 50 foot distance to my RV from the house. So I am going to go get a better electric cord.Refrigerator question??Hey all, trying to get the Class C ready for a trip this weekend and wanted to plug our camper into our house receptacle so that I could cool down the refrigerator before we leave. I dont use propane that much. I have a 16 gauge outdoor electrical cord that is good to a 125 volts. Is this ok to use to just to cool down the refrigerator if I dont turn anything else on or do I need a bigger cord? Please help, I dont want to burn my camper down. Its a 2015 Thor Cheateau by the way and the refrigerator is a Norcold regular size, not residential size. Thank you all for any info you can share.Re: Gas Leak?Yes Gas leak is fixed. They had our camper for 1 week and fixed the gas leak, changed the oil in our MH, and replaced our inside tire valve extensions with better ones. Well pleased again with there service. Dropped it off Feb 3rd and picked it up on the 10th. Great people down there at the Camping World of Statesville. I have known some of those folks for years now. So that might help to my advaantage, dont know but I give credit where credit is due. The did the pressurized drop leak test on all the lines and fittings and found it was leaking at the release valve.Re: Good Sam Lifetime membershipI have been a Lifetime member since 1992 and it has more than paid for itself several times. We use it everywhere we go from campgrounds to buying gas. I bought it when I was 28 years old. We love it!Re: Propane tank question on Class C. Makes me feel better about it.Propane tank question on Class C.I recently took my Class C in to Camping World and had a drop leak test done on it for propane leaks. Just the normal check up before beginning the year. This is suppose to be the best leak detector test done on them since it is done under pressure. I also had them fill the tank with propane so I would be ready to go. It was a cold day temp wise when we had them filled (28 degrees). They filled the tanks till vapor started coming out the escape valve. Now after I am home and its warmed up a bit the gauge on the propane tank reads 3/4 full while the inside of the MH digital gauge reads Full. Why is that? Does it have something to do with the temprature the day I had it filled the reason it is only 3/4 full now? Just trying to get a good understanding of this and to also be assured that there isnt a leak somewhere. Figured the outside gauge would read Full now. Thanks for your responses.Re: ESP PossibilityI have the GSEW and we use our Camping World in Statesville NC any time I need warranty work done. They are very professional and do a great job. So no worries there.
