All ActivityMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsRe: "MY RV" Model not listedI ran into the same problem with my 2014 landmark on the part of the forum for the good Sam roadside assistance. I called good Sam and they told me that they get their listings from the blue book folks and that the next update, which would/should include your nre rv should be in by the end of this year. Until then ......Re: 2014 Landmark San AntonioWe have a 2014 San Antonio also. Picked it up Aug 10th. It is currently in for the "normal" warranty work. We've used it a few times and really like it. We got the max vinyl option and are really happy with that as well. Now, here comes the "but". This is our third RV and the first one that has had the number of initial problems that our Landmark has. My guess is it was built on a day before a holiday. First, when they cut the access panel behind the shower, the cut right through the anti siphon valve. I found out about that the first time I used the black tank flush, caused quite a flood. Next, well, instead of going through all of this on the forum, just sent me a PM and I forward the pictures and details. I've been working with Camping World (where I purchased the RV) and Heartland to get things fixed to the level they should be. So far, so so. But, let me finish again by saying that we truly do like our new RV. It just seems that we got one that slipped by the final QC check at the factory.Re: Great idea someone had. ThanksX2 on photos. Oops. Sorry. The post with the link showed up just as I posted.Re: APP Update rgreengas wrote: Thank you for the post rgreengas. I apologize for your difficulties with the App. Please send me a private message with your Good Sam and contact information. Someone will contact you on Monday to confirm that the information has been added to the App. Thank you for your patience regarding this. Zach Hi Zach Remember me? I'm the customer and forum member that you said you would get back to right away. You asked me to send a private message with my contact details which I did. Now it has been over a week and no one has contacted me so I can update my Good Sam Roadside App. How about it Good Sam? Let's see some of that world renown customer service here! By the way, I just tried to update my RV in the App and now, after I put in the date only 3 possibilities show up under Manufacturer/make. I'm sure that there are more than 3 makers of RV's out there. Awaiting your reply.Re: APP UpdateDone. Please note that I was able to register my account with the app. It was when I tried to put in the info for my specific RV that I ran into a problem.APP UpdateHi I have downloaded the Roadside Assistance App and registered my details. All of that went well. But, when I went to put in the details of my RV (Heartland Landmark 5th Wheel) there were only about 12 options under manufacturer and they all actually seemed to be models from one particular manufacturer. I would really like to get all of my information into the system so I can use it, as designed, if the situation ever arises, but right now, I'm not able to do so. So, help!Re: Varicose veins in rubber roofI've got multiple bubbles on the roof of my brand new 2014 Heartland. The dealer is telling me that most likely Heartland will not cover a fix because some bubbles are normal. This is my third rv with a rubber roof and the first one with bubbles. I would be interested to know if n fact you should expect bubbles on a new unitRe: Power retractable 50A powercordGot one on my 2014 Landmark. They put it at the back of the coach in a purpose built compartment. Not sure you would be able to do that as a retrofit. But if you could, or if you put one elsewhere, you are gonna love it.Re: need adviceSimple solution. Get a pullrite auto slide hitch. Problem solved.Re: To cover or not to cover.... that is the question grampscamper wrote: My dealer said not to cover. I have a good coat of wax & paint sealer on it. I also wax the front cap 2 or 3 times per year. What type wax do you use and did you put on the paint sealer?
