Still will provide some performance improvement.Re: Banks ExhaustNone of the muffler shops in the Richmond area would do it, believe me my insurance adjuster tried. If they can't put the rig in their shop and up on a lift they wont do the work. RV Services in Ashland has the rig and will install the Banks System. I wanted a shop that was looking at it from an RV perspective.Banks ExhaustRecently returning from the Carolinas I hit a large rubber mat on 95N around Richmond, that ripped my exhaust apart under my 2002 Damon Intruder gas Ford V10. Insurance and my shop doing the work are unable to find new exhaust for my coach so it looks like Banks will be my answer to reinstalling a new exhaust system. Anyone out there have any info on Banks? Thoughts? TIA, ToddRe: Wineguard, Wally, Dish NetworkThank you all for your advice, I think when RV Armor comes by this month to do some work I’ll have them open up the roof connection and look to make a better connection there. If that fails then or later I’ll run new continuous coax down through my fridge vent, under the coach and come up through one ov my storage bays through the floor and into my tv cabinet. I’m lucky my Damon has the tv in the corner cabinet on the floor, not above the dash. I don’t want any more holes in the roof. Camping was quite a bit different when I first started with my tent and transistor radio. But I love it anyway I can get it, always a happy camper. ToddWineguard, Wally, Dish NetworkI have a manual crank up Wineguard single head satelite antenna, wally receiver and DISH network as my provider. A year ago while having my roof recoated by RV Armor i decided to run new coax out through the roof from the ceiling and replaced the coupling in the ceiling as well. I used RG6 coax and the coupling is rated for RG6 digital satelite systems. Ever since that I seem to have trouble loosing signal on certain channels that sometime reappear later or complete signal loss. sometimes it appears it jumps satelites, I'll be on 61.5 and it will appear its on 119. I think it might be a bad connection, I have replaced the LNB and traded my Wally in for another. Still having issues. I'm looking at making a better connection in the ceiling. I would love to pull new coax but not sure that is possible in my 2002 Damon Intruder. Has anyone had similar issues or had luck pulling new coax thru an RV ceiling. Thanks in advance, ToddBraking System for my Chevy ColoradoI have got my 2007 Colorado almost set up to tow. I am researching suplimental braking systems and I really like the looks of the RVi 3. My only concern is the low profile with this product and the shallow floor pan, will it have enough support to apply the brake? Anyone out there have any dealings with this issue? Thank you in advance.Re: Rear view camera issuesI seem to have narrowed down the issue to the long cable from tha camera to the control box. I unhooked the camera from the connection in the back and hooked it up directly into the junction box and got a picture and audio. So now I need to find an 65 foot ASA viseo cable and fish it down under up threw the firewall. Shouldn't be too bad, at least I know whats good and not now. ToddRear view camera issuesJust the other day my rear view camera is not givin an image on my monitor. Monitor turns on and AV1 comes up on screen. When put in reverse AV1 comes up as well. So it seems the monmitor is working. My guess is the camera is shot. I have 2002 Damon Intruder 375, was curious if anyone knows if removing the back wall mirror in the bedroom exposes any access to the camera connection? The camera mounts on the outside, but I figure there is a wire connection inside that I can disconnect the camera. Thanks, ToddSupplimental Braking RecomendationsI have recently purchased a Chevy Colorado pick-up to tow behind my 2002 Damon Intruder. It came with the road master base plate installed, sweet! and I was able to pick up a road master Falcon All-terrain bar the other week. The next pieces of the puzzle is wiring and the brake system. The previous owner must have removed these items to use on another vehicle, no evidence of anything remaining except two tiny passthru holes in the spoiler and looks like something was mounter under the bumper. My question is, what is the next best piece of the puzzle? Any recommendations on wiring for lights? And as far as braking systems ... Patriot I or II, Brake Buddy, the Stealth type ...????? Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thank You. ToddIdentifying My BaseplateGreetings, I was in the market for a Toad and ended up purchasing a 2007 Chevy Colorado which I was planning to have a baseplate mounted onto in the future. After looking at the vehicle and deciding to purchase it, I noticed, much to my surprise it had a baseplate setup already in plce. The question I have as I search for the rest of the equipment I need, is what plate is it? It appears to be square stock with an opening about 1.25", each tube has a pin hole and tabs with holes i imagine to hook up break away cable or something, each side is independently mounted to the frame with no bridgework between the two plates. One person told me they didn't think it was blue ox,because their design is round tubes. Another gentleman told me there are conversion pieces to make it work with any bar. My question at hand is what bar do I shop for? Thank you in advance for any help, Todd Welker
