I think they were waiting the cause too.Re: ez pass nyBut isn't blue one is for commercial use? Since rv isn't. . So do u charged commercial rate?Re: tv just stopped in highway towing ttThanks for replying. GM doesn't have that sensor swith. Since I was blocking right lane, trooper wanted to move it asap. Reimburing issue.. GM still not sure..but not about the money..more of principle since it turned out to be that wire hardness was not properly install (not long enough) under the frame where the suspention goes and when I go over a bump the bushing was touch the wire that caused fuel pump fuse go out. They have fixed under warranty and there is no chance it's going to happen again according to dealer. It did little bit discourged me..but I just made a reservation for next weekends.ez pass nyI have been using throgs neck Bridge towing tt (Tv 13 chevy suburban gvwr 8600 and tt 14 outback 250rs gvwr 7600) and there is two different amount being charged each other times. Few times it charged me $11.33 (5.33 would be tv only plus $3 each axle, i remember seeing this on this forum and i assume it should be like this) and other times most often it charged me $21.04. I called and they will investigate within 10 days.. by the way i have white ezpass for passenger cars. Does anyone experience this? Thank you.Re: tv just stopped in highway towing tti asked service advisor about that and he said there is none. The towing guy also said in case of rear-ended it will shot off the fuel pump.tv just stopped in highway towing ttI was returning 12 days of trip past sunday traveling I95 South and traffic was bad, going less than 20 mph and going through construction zone and i hit little bump and soon after i hit it tv just lost power and going uphill w/o speed, i block the right lane and made traffic much much worse. Trooper came and did not want me to call Geico for Emergency roadside service since it takes more than hour, so regular tow turck came and he called his brother-in-law for his pick-up truck that has 2" receiver and towed seperately. After they towed off highway and paid $250 (next exit towed less than .5 mile) they ask me what happen and i explain they found out that fuel pump fuse was blown and replaced one inside tv. My tv is 2 months old 13 chvey suburban 2500 that has about 3500 miles on it. So, i was able to come home after 2 friends came picked all passengers. So I went to dealer where i bought the tv to find out and 3 miles away from the dealer it stopped again. Same situation, exit ramp off highway, road was bumpy and lost power again. This time i had some speed and was able to park safely. Towed to service dept. and today they called and it was short wire that caused it. Question 1. Is this extremely rare case happening like this? Short wire means it was touching something?? 2. when ur tv broke down while towing tt, do u towed them seperately or heavy duty tow can handle both? (gieco agent was confused, and i ketp telling him it's tt and he reply what class a or b) I had to cancel trips for 2 upcoming weekends.. I still feel bad that i blocked the highway with brand new tv.. Thank you replying in advance.Re: flat tireYes I did buy 4 way lug wrench also and lots of extra tool. I think the guy who fixed flat did not do good job, there was nail inside the tire. (He even told me it was done without 2 lug nut got damage when removing... the manager had to cut the nut cover so that I can use it for a while.. they did not have same size) Just past weekend I pump the air 62 psi went to cc about 2 hour drive only lost few psi, but next morning when we left it was down to 40...then today I decided get new tire.. hopefully It can be done this friday before I head out again this weekend.flat tirei just picked up brand new tt (2014 outback 250RS) from a dealer and stopped my home then went to friend's house for storage (total 70 miles) and when i went back following week to try out camping, there is flat tire (no one notice cuz it was covered). So I tried to remove it using 7/8 deep socket (the manual says use 7/8 or 13/16) and i stripped a wheel lug nut so i stop and pump the air and went to local tire shop but it took them 4 hour to remove and fix flat... (well it was small parking lot, and i had to park side of the street and they had to bring all the tool and it was 95 degree day) By doing this I had to buy all the tool from deep socket, torque wrench, air pump.. everything.. So i made a first trip and went back home check the tire pressure and it did loose more than half (62 to 30). I just could not believe.. so I tried to order new tire from a rv dealer and to get the same tire they don't even know how long it is going to take... (trailer king ST225/75R15 load range D I think they only deal with towmax tires) So here is the questions 1. can I use different brand tires? I don't think it make a diffrence.. 2. why is tt doesn't come with jack and wheel lug nut wrench like cars? 3. I tried to talk to dealer and keystone directly requesting new wheel lug nuts (6 of them) and denied, even though the manual say ues 7/8. The service dept. says use 13/16. 4. this kind siuation what would u recommends? fixing yourself or emergency road service by insurance co? (found out later i could) 5. Do you check tire wheel lug nuts torque pressure often? (manual says so,, but most cars we don't and i don't want to touch them again I just want to get this over,, change new tire and wheel nuts..
