I find it easy to use and have never had a problem with it.Re: Using my phone hotspot for the tv.I started out to stream TV by tethering to my phone. I quickly discovered that Spectrum's "unlimited" plan throttles the data my phone uses as a hot spot at 5GB, even though I am supposed to get 20GB before throttling. I guess if I want to watch TV on my phone, I'm covered. Might check your provider for the details on how much unthrottled data you are allowed when using your phone as a hot spot. How to sign on to existing account at GS roadside.comI just spent 15 minutes trying to log on to my existing account at goodsamroadside.com. Every time I tried, I was asked to verify my membership, and every time I entered my membership number, name and ZIP code and pressed "Verify." At each attempt I was greeted with "Internal server error." How can I verify my credit card on the account, so you can bill me for my next year of service, if I can't log on?? Very frustrated.Re: Min. black tank for 7 day Boondock? My Retro trailer has a 17 gal. black tank. DW and I can camp for 4 days easily without dumping. I would think 25 gal. could last us a week if we were careful.Re: Microwave not working….solved problem. My water heater wouldn't light, so naturally, I dismantled it, cleaned the orifice, checked that there was spark. Put it back together. No joy. Tried to light the stove...hmmm...I wonder. Checked the propane tanks. Yep. The open tank was empty. Switched to the other tank, and voila!! K.I.S.S.Re: Simplest battery monitor and shunt? Advice for non-expertI put this one on my trailer. Inexpensive, easy to install, it works great and you can turn off the back light so you are not using battery to light the screen when you don't need to see it. I added a DPDT switch so I can monitor charging OR discharging with a flip of the switch.Re: Old indoor propane lantern helpHad one in a sailboat, years ago. Makes lots of light, but also adds heat, which is good in the winter. As others have said keep plenty of mantles on hand, and be sure to ventilate the trailer. They burn clean but they will use up oxygen and potentially produce carbon monoxide. Have fun with your old toy!!Re: We attempted to use the service todayPoint-counterpoint: I have never had anything but good service from GSRA. Just saying.Re: TPMS valve stems issueDeleted dual post.
