I’m leaving tomorrow so any help would be appreciatedVacuflush toilet won't flush - help!I just bought a 2012 Bounder 33C with a vacuflush toilet system. The red light never goes out, which indicates there is no vacuum being generated. The motor sounds like it's working. Now, the inside cap is sealed closed and the toilet won't flush. I'm on the road and I need a toilet. So, two questions: a) is there an easy fix? b) if not, can I replace a vacuum toilet with a plain, old toilet that works normally? I'm hoping someone can help me. Every service person I talk to says it could be weeks before they can get to me. Thanks.Re: Crowsnest Pass? Need Urgent AdviceYes, thanks! I found out I can indeed register it in Ontario. Now I have to find out if I can insure it in the province too. Things are looking up!Re: Crowsnest Pass? Need Urgent AdviceThanks for the info. I need to find the closest town with an insurance company within the BC border. Is there a town closer than Fernie, do you think? Anything rather than having to do mountains again :ECrowsnest Pass? Need Urgent AdviceI just bought an RV in Ontario and learned that I have to take it to BC to register it. I am thinking of taking the Crowsnest Pass to Fernie and getting it done there. Has anyone ever driven the pass? How horrendous is it? Thanks NuiRe: Insurance for Ontario Full-TimersHi - thanks for the update. They have a fixed address for mail, medical etc. but because they don't live there, the insurance company won't cover them. Short of renting a room somewhere, I think they may have a problem.Wayfarer Insurance? Any advice?Still looking for insurance for my sisters who are full-time RV'ers. Has anyone had any experience with Wayfarer Insurance? And just a heads up - one company told her that most Canadian insurance companies will no longer insure vehicles that go south in the winter. That's going to make travelling south a tad harder, don't you think?Insurance for Ontario Full-TimersMy sisters live in Ontario and are full-time RV'ers. They spend 6 months in Ontario and 6 months as snowbirds. Recently, they were told that they could not get insurance for their Class A Motorhome because they don't have a fixed Ontario address. This is ridiculous! Surely they aren't the only full-timers in Ontario. What does everyone else do? Any help would be appreciated.Re: Brake Buddy WiringMy sis spoke to the manager at BB and they will honor the $300 price they first quoted. Turns out they are a good company to deal with. Bravo to them! And thanks everyone for your help!Brake Buddy WiringMy sister's brake buddy broke. She contacted BB in November and they told her they'd sell her a refurbished one for $300. She called yesterday to ask them to confirm this and they told her the price has gone up to $650. WTF????? Anyhow, she is now looking for an alternative braking system. Does anyone know if the wiring from the RV to the car also has to be changed if she switches to say a Demco system or whatever? Thanks!
