Cummins isb 5.9, 275 hp, 24 valve rear engine. I'll be replacing all hoses, thermostat, radiator cap and of course the coolant. I already have the hoses and coolant, but while looking for the cap and thermostat, I read where some were going with a different brand than the manufacturer and were happy. Anyone out here replace these with stant or another?Re: hwh leveling sytem RLS7201 wrote: I errored, there is more than one spring. From page 8 of HWH's ml57000-21.pdf. Three small contact springs mounted to the bezel plate connect the bezel plate control switch and fuse assembly to the LED board assembly mounted to the valve box. If the bezel plate is removed, the system cannot function. Link to PDF Richard Thanks Richard! I know of those 3 contact springs. IMO, not a very good setup. There was 1 I had to get back into shape. When I get back from this short trip, I'll find someone that can Solder On a new one.Re: hwh leveling sytemI watched a YouTube video on how to clean the contact plate under the joystick and did that since I was replacing the fuse holder, but never seen a spring? I wish I could find a blowup of parts. I did however get it to work after plugging into shore power. My batteries are always full so can't understand why that worked? I'll be going back over after lunch and disconnect the shore and try again.Re: hwh leveling sytemGotta open this back up. Replaced the fuse holder and get lights on the panel, but when I move the front and rear joy sticks to the operate position, nothing, then moving the center joystick left or right, nothing. It's the 210 series and I got a call into HWH, but am leaving in the next few days. Here's a pic of the control panel. Re: outside window moldingYeah, I've tried simple green, Clorox disinfectant cleaner, and something else, but nothing helps yet.outside window moldingAnyone know of a product or way to clean outside molding around Windows? Re: hwh leveling sytem Johno02 wrote: Really great that you found that problem, and thanks a lot for getting back and letting the rest of us know about it. It will probably help someone else one day. and BTW, you really do need to find the pump and fluid reservior as you will need to check the fluid level occasionally. I found the reservoir, in the back along side the radiator. I'm just old and can't climb under to look for the pump. I got a friend coming over tomorrow to rebuild my entry steps, I'll have him look.Re: hwh leveling sytemFound the problem. The fuse holder was defective, worked if you put pressure on it. Will replace in the morning.Re: hwh leveling sytem Johno02 wrote: Look up under the front right corner, in front of the wheel well. It's not there. I took the control panel apart and cleaned the connections but when I put it back together there was a spark when I turned it on. Now the lights on the panel don't come on and can't figure out how to replace the fuse on the panel.hwh leveling sytemOK my 2001 ultrasport, my leveler unit power light comes on, 1 yellow light for the side that needs to be leveled comes on, but when using the leveler handle, some times it works but alot times it don't. Any one know where to the relays and pump is located?
