Its NTP 013-1096 which translates into AP Products 018-2004 which says MODIFIED EKD Seal: EK Seal D Seal to be used with Base Not sure what the interior bubble is for.Re: Class C Slide Out Seals Regular versus OffsetThanks, looks like they have the regular seals by the foot too.Class C Slide Out Seals Regular versus OffsetOne of our seals needs replaced. It's the D type that slides onto the rail that is attached to the RV not the slideout. It appears to be the offset type. It's black. I can only find white: D Seal with Offset Here's the regular non offset: D Seal with Offset It appears they were replaced at one time. The offset part, instead of being on the outside, is on the inside on the left side of the slideout. On the others, the offset is out on the right. Can I use the regular non offset type? Will it still get squished properly?Re: DuallyValve, Braided, Crossfires, Cats EyeWill do. Will just have to order a set and see how they fit with the wheel covers on. >>What Wheel Covers to you have, that 7" inner dual valves won't reach? As pictured above, whatever came with the RV. They just shark bite in and pound with rubber mallet to seat them.Re: DuallyValve, Braided, Crossfires, Cats EyeWhat about a small straight extension on the 7" extension if it can't get out past the wheel cover. Milton 440 Truck Valve Extension 1-3/8"Re: DuallyValve, Braided, Crossfires, Cats EyeThanks. What about balancing? The tech at Dually said since the inner tire valve stem is so long, they can't close the balancing machine. I've never seen a balancing machine so I'm not sure what she is referring to. It has to be balanced different. They then explained these beads bags you throw in the tire to balance it.DuallyValve, Braided, Crossfires, Cats EyeTo make checking and filling easier, inquirying about the various valve extension gizmos out there to replace whatever is in there now. I like the DuallyValves but not sure if they would be long enough. They said the extension is 7 inches. There is some kind of extension in there now but when you put the wheel cover on and line up the holes, it's still a pain to get to because the wheel cover adds another 1/2 inch. Anyone have these on a similar model, do they come out to the wheel cover? Any thoughts on the others welcomed as well. Re: Not so obvious - things to rememberForgetting to close the easy open drain on the water heater, water shooting out all over the place. Don't have any of these but a good idea: http://www.campingworld.com/shopping/item/rvminders-set-of-10/66688Re: Trim on front cab underneath - how to seal? Cali-MinnieWinnie wrote: My husband just tackled this project! After much research, he used seal-tite corner seal (only available on line and high shipping and handling, but great stuff) Thanks, I did run across that at some point in my searching but didn't think of using it for the flat trim but looks like a good idea.Re: Trim on front cab underneath - how to seal?Great thanks. I'll pop the ends and see if I can pull the vinyl strip out and see how it looks. You mentioned Dicor. What model/version? I'm assuming the non leveling Lap Sealant? It's going to be applied upside down. I would I assume I just need some lind of flexible caulk like the the ProFlex I mentioned.
