When you click on a topic, read the post and replies how do you get back to the previous page without going all the way back to the first page of all the topics? Extremely frustrating. Thanks for assistance and replies. Re: I can’t be the only one with a poorly designed black tank.Fill black tank from inside the camper i.e., use a hose and stick in in the toilet close the toilet on the hose and start filling. On mine, with a 40 gallon tank I run it 11 minutes then drain. I do this for about 4 to five cycles or until the water is running clear. When filling from the toilet you should clear out the shelf. Truely not a aftermarket design to benefit the buyer. That is why we adapt, improvise, apply.....Camping World no longer supports Good Sam membershipIt has been my pleasure to be a charter member of Good Sam. Then the Good Sam club was taken over by Camping World. Since that time I have had to almost experience verbal altercations to receive the discounts I was due as a member of the club. I have been told: Charter members need to renew their memberships. Marcus you sent me a Lifetime Membership card and have been told numerous times that it was either invalid or needed to be renewed. TODAY WAS UNBELIEVEABLE: Went to a Camping World in Chicago and noticed that there was a few member price stickers around the store. Most everything had one price. I was told this is a "one price store." Was also told "Good Sam is no longer valid at Camping World" as well as "shop on line and you might get a Good Sam Discount." Why are you screwing us? One person said "you now get points for your purchases and after you spend $1000 you get ten dollars back." I asked how long the points last and was told 6 months." Get a life, YOU ARE REALLY DRIVING AWAY CUSTOMERS! You do not care about your customers.Re: Portable surge protectorRecently my surge protector of 20 years (progressive) died. Replaced it with a Hughs that very much to my surprise I got $35 dollars cheaper through Home Depot. Go online and check it out!Re: Good Sam ERS Hung Us Out to DryAll you folks encouraging AAA be advised they abandoned me in GA. It was a Saturday pm and they said they might get to me by Monday evening. Tow vehicle was completely immobile. On the side of the road, I-95 south.Towing Disaster-AAABroken down in the right lane of I-95 South at mile marker 92 in Georgia, could not move. Total length of truck and camper is 48 feet. Called AAA, first call they said that "we have to call NC to see if your membership is valid" then they hung up. Second call, will be there at 4:45pm, it was 2:30pm. A very nice man pulled us out of the lane of traffic. 5:15pm, called AAA, no one had picked up the ticket, asked when they could tow, "Oh we can tow you to our approved repair garage," I requested a tow to a dealership 10.5 miles away, they hung up. Called back and they agreed to tow us to the dealership, it is now 6:30pm, "will be there soon." 8pm, called back, "we will be able to tow you sometime next week." It was Saturday afternoon and the individual stated, "we just can't help you!" NO LONGER A MEMBER OF AAA, and have been totally lied to about the refund process. Lot more to the story, but space does not permit the details. THEY NEVER CALLED BACK OR PUT ME IN CONTACT WITH ANYONE WHO COULD HELP! We were abandoned.Re: Looking for TPMS RecommendationHave been using Pressure Pro since 2002 and it is wonderful. Batteries last about 4 years. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.Flashing light in fuse boxI have a 2015 Montana fifth wheel. Happen to replace the battery today and noticed the green light in the fuse box was flashing. Tried to find the answer on line and was not successful. Camping world was working on my camper and they had it long enough for the battery to totally discharge. They had to jump it off so I could hook it up. The service person hooked it up backwards and the camper started lowering. After we spoke loudly he responded and disconnected the battery. So battery would not charge, it was under warranty so got a new one and installed it today. Is the flashing green light normal, or is it telling me something. THANKS YALL LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR WISDOM!Re: Extended warrantyLive 45 minutes from Camping World and paid for the 6 year warranty when purchasing the unit, boy was it expensive. Now, 6 years later and the warranty has more than paid for itself by several hundred dollars. They even came to my camper when a hydraulic hose leaked to the point nothing worked.
