Plastic razor blades on Amazon. Goof off with a terry cloth. Story, (true) went to mY local Lowe’s, had two workers standing around, one old one new. Want to take off just the mirror, not the arm. Removed 2 set screws but mirror base seems to be a ball joint and will not lift out. There looks to be a split ring with 2 slots 180* apart that maybe a screw driver could be driven in to unscrew? This ring seems to be holding the base into the ball cup. Mirror does have power tilt and turn signal, so there is some wiring . Velvac web site schematic doesn’t show this model. 2013 Ford e450.1KViews0likes1CommentSolar panel part 2
Thanks for all the reply’s from first post. Suggested timer coming tomorrow. Fan came today partial sunny, panel showed 23v, hooked fan straight to panel and spun really fast, showing 9.7v. So, it would run, yes. Hurting motor, I don’t know. Think I now have more than what I initially though would be something simple. New renogy mppt 20a controller, group 24 deep cycle battery, timer, a pack of solar connectors and wire. Y’all bought any wire lately? 94 cents a frigging foot for 10 gauge stranded at Lowe’s.1.1KViews0likes3Comments
