Some Lowes carry them under the Belden name, but thy will still have PPC on them.Re: Rut Roh....Water heater bypass valve kaput? If you have the single handle to by pass , that is probably not your problem. When they went to the single handle bypass method, they put a one way check valve on the top line of water heater. It is letting water back into heater, which it should not be doing. They are around ten bucks and just screw off, after you remove the water line.Re: Freezer works, fridge does not.It could still be the thermistor, even if ohms are okay as mine' 4 door was intermittent. Mine would always cool down when first turned on but would warm up sometimes a day later, or several days later, so the ohms were probably right. part of the time. It would be 0 in freezer and fridge would run 47 to 52. On mine the cooling unit test is to plug a working thermistor and leave the thermistor out in the compartment outside. It showed overnight 20 in top and 25 in bottom and froze a cup of water solid. On some models of dometic, unhooking the thermistor will make it cool constantly. There is a repairman from Washington on you tube that has a great video on how to install the upper fans, and baffles to direct air, as he says one manufacture doesn't have air directed correctly and the will never cool properly. My dealer thought I needed new control board, but the thermistor is what fixed it.Re: Suspension shackle failure - best replacement?Check out the never fail bushings, at amazon or camping world. These are self lubricating and supposed to last the lifetime of a rv. If you already have the wet bolts like I did, don't grease them as it shortens their life.Re: fixing slide outWhen I had this problem, I called my dealer and he said to cut one of electric wires to motor, as motor has brake built in and that will release the brake, or without this slide would work out going down the road.Re: Bedroom slide stutters - Cedar CreekI don't care for Walmart, but they carry the lubricant that you are looking for. It is made for slide tracks and works like it should, and has decent price.Re: Leaking slide - missing seal?My 2008 cedar creek silverback has never leaked, and has seals under bedroom slide.Re: Blowout damage. What are these wires and metal piece?I can't see your pictures, but the metal piece is probably to to keep the slide out wires at same height, when slide out is retracted or the excess would be hanging down when slide out is retracted. My current trailer, has a plastic arm, which takes care of this.Re: Satellite Wiring WoesRunning you coax, thru the window, hooked up direct, will tell you where your problem is at.Re: Dead space in water tankHaving approximately, 10 rv's and 75 years on earth, I never used or heard of anybody needing to put antifreeze in the fresh water tank. They always have a drain line.
