The set up should work, but I'm not finding many examples mounted to a B.Re: Vinyl fencepost for sewer hose storageWhere did you mount the post and what did you mount it to? Trying to figure out where to mount one on a B van. Photo examples would be very welcome if you have them. :-)Re: Alternatives for storing sewer dump assembly - sanitary? jjrai wrote: My Leisure Travel has a four foot section of four inch PVC mounted under it. I have seen it under other brands. I have seen them on As, Bs and Cs. It works well. Would it be possible to post a photo of your set-up? This is ideally what I would like to do but would like to know the best location for the mount for stability, ease of access, and least interference with other systems. Thanks!Alternatives for storing sewer dump assembly - sanitary?I have a 1998 Roadtrek 190P which houses the sewer dump fitting in the large storage compartment along with the city water hookup and fresh water hose storage, outdoor shower, and the electrical power cord. It is the only external storage area on the van. Is it just me or does this seem really unsanitary to put anything sewer related in with your clean water hose/connection? Has anyone come up with a better storage solution for your dump fitting? ThanksRe: Newbie: Best way to learn about your RV?Thank you 1775 -- is it Robert? I love your blog and thanks so much for putting the information out there for all of us!Re: Newbie: Best way to learn about your RV?Just to let you know that having the correct tool did indeed make replacing the internal sewer hose very simple. Icky, but simple. Thank you all for the tips and encouragement! LindaRe: '98 Roadtrek 190P Changing out the big blue sewer hoseAll fixed and done! The job was indeed quite simple and easy once I had the right tool. The instructions in the link were very exact and made it go so smoothly. Thank you all for the encouragement and suggestions. On to the next project! The water system... I think that one may be beyond me. The PVC water lines are cracked and I'm thinking that the whole system may need replacing. Anybody have experience with that one? LindaRe: '98 Roadtrek 190P Changing out the big blue sewer hoseArizona! Thank you SO much for the link that contains the additional information. Excellent! I finally found a ratchet squarehead wrench that will hopefully work to get those screws out. I also picked up some additional screws in case I need them. Tomorrow will be a continuation of the adventure. Today I learned a lot about patience, I found a good RV parts and repair place with helpful and friendly employees, I learned a lot about the peculiarities of my van, and I did have fun. Thank you for your help! I'll let you know how it goes tomorrow. Linda
