Thanks, rv friends. I believe I am en route to fixing the problem. In my haste I worded things in correctly. I saw larbar in the toilet and in the overflow pipe. I typed my situation incorrectly. I don't know that they are maggots but they are definitely larvae and I flushed out the black tank yesterday just w water, then I saw more larvae in the overflow pipe of the toilet. I have a year 2000, Four Winds 5000 - Our freshwater tank has never been filled up by us using the outside(and what I thought was the ONLY) way of filling it up, yet occasionally I find the tank to be almost full or half full...whatever.
