They are all made from plastic. So I'll clean with bleach and water. Thank you KerriChinook 1997 questionsI have a Chinook 1997. We are planning on dry camping for a few days. I don't understand how to get my water tanks clean and ready to haul some. In my Jayco toyhauler I use bleach. But I was told not to do that with this camper. Thank you for helping KerriCheck ListCrazy question here, but looking for a check list. I have missed checking out our RV each spring in some area. I there a printed check list to check our RV from outside to the inside before you load it up and enjoy the season. Thank you for your help KerriCampgrounds near WisHi guys! Since it's New Years day and it's time to think about a nice summer get away to new parks. So this year I'm asking for some help. We live in Illinois and would like to go towards Wis. We have a Chinook motor home and love renting boats, fishing, hiking, pee wee golf, lake or pool swimming and have no kids. But enjoy water front parking, and wooded areas. Have some ideas where we could go??:W Thanks KerriRe: Spring suppliesThanks!Spring suppliesDid a walk through of the RV and made a list of things that need replaced. But before I buy, I'm going to ask. Do you now use inside the RV LED light bulbs and how's that working for ya? Holding Tank Treatments. NuGen or Odorlos? Maybe something totally different. Why did you get what you did? I'd really like to know. Just looking for help. Next off to check out where all my tools are and what went missing! KerriElec. hot waterI just started to open up our Octane Jayco toy hauler and was ready to check the water lines and hot water tank. Lines look good and flushed fine. Filled the water tank and then flipped the switch for the water to heat up. It did not. So I flipped the switch for the LP to heat the water and it did so. Not sure why or how to fix this. Could anyone help me? Thanks KerriRe: Dry CampingThanks for your feed back. Now that we're home I started it and timed it. I guess it must of felt like 5 minutes. Getting ready to dry camp once more over the Labor Day weekend. Sure did enjoy it!! EnjoyDry CampingI must say we had a great time while dry camping for 5 days in Ohio. Learned a great deal really. We just picked up our 2013 Jayco Octane. Found a great spot, started up the genie and odd no power. So went and checked out the manual turned off all beakers and reset them. Once more no power. Went and did it once more, plus outside on the genie. No power. So once more did it all and after about 2-3 minutes power. So is this normal? The camper while running the genie did just fine. Pulled the air and all lights working. I just thought it was odd. :) Or is this normal? Thanks for your input on this. KerriRe: conventional ovensThank you all! The butternut or acorn squash sounds wonderful! We're off this Friday for the weekend. Wish me luck Kerri
