I called to complain and they said they would issue me a refund check. 40 days later I am still waiting for that refund check. they say it is in the mail. and if I don't see it in 3-4 days they said to call again. if it doesn't show up they will cancel that check and within 30 days I would be reimbursed. anybody else have these problems with this insurance company?slideout awningsjust wondering--should a person apply some kind of protective coating on the awnings? if so, what is recommended and how often should it be done?
