Good Sam Trip Planer
I just got off the phone with Good Sam. I have been trying now for a number of weeks to use the Trip Planer (not my first time) as it is not functioning in many areas. I was advised that back in January they revamped the program and have had many problems ever since. I asked when will it be fixed - answer unknown. Will Good Sam let me know when its fixed - answer no. I asked best guess as to when it might be fixed - answer unknown. Asked Good Sam what were its users to do - answer log on every day and maybe it will get fixed. Whow what a reply. I have been a member for over 37 years and I can't even get a reply when its fixed. I leaving in two weeks for over a 4,000+ mile trip and can't get answers from Good Sam. Realy very poor service.1KViews0likes6CommentsWinnebago - Defective and Deceptive
The decals on my 2014 Winnebago are failing. I asked Winnebago to replace them after my dealer (last year) said Winnebago said no. Well they also said no to my letter requesting help (yes, I am past the one year warranty). They just left a message on my phone no letter. As for the Decptive when I bought the RV new Winnebago advertised the motorhome had to battery shut offs (advertising in both on line and written info). The RV did not have both shut offs, and no they did not change their spec's, they only advertised both and now refuse to pay for the shut off they advertised but did not include. This will not be my last motorhome but deffinitely my last Winnebago.6KViews0likes22Comments
