Great advice guys. I had the same problem with my Coleman Mach and found it was the pan drain plugged up. A wasp was building a next and evidently became wet and partially broke off and plugged the hole. We keep our fiver slightly off level to force the condensation to run off to one side of the unit. The down side drain hold was plugged resulting in water inside on the center island. It is a very simple fix, just take care and try to do it when it is cooler outside. HOWEVER, the cost of a new unit has me rethinking repair vs replacement. On further research, I find that my current unit is not as great as I thought. It actually came out in 2002 and was quite cheap back then. It does have the cd/dvd player built in but reviews show very poor quality and guess what? A serious speaker output problem with the system overheating and blowing the output circuits. Well guys, I guess I will dump it all and go with a current model "movie theater in a box" and just "Be Happy"! Thanks for the input and advice. I took a couple of my first cheap flat screens that either lost their sound or coax connection to him when everyone else said to just throw them out and buy new ones because no one would fix them. He fixed both of them and for a real low price. He does a lot of work for the all the snowbirds TV's. I highly recommend him. This is in the RV. Thanks for the info on the repair. I have a bad audio/tv system with built in surround sound that apparently got hit by lightening. (my best guess) The system is(was) a very nice Panasonic combo (2005) model. Tube tv and very heavy am/fm/cd/dvd main unit with 4 ceiling speakers, a large center speaker and a large woofer. I replaced the Tv with a new LED, all is good except the sound is terrible. The main unit will tune in radio stations but only two of the speakers will work. I checked all of the speakers on the working output terminals and all speakers are good. I would like to keep my current speakers, as they are nicely wired and seem to be very good quality. What options do I have? We are not audiophiles and expensive sound is not needed. Just a plain system to play the am/fm/cd/tv and reasonable sound from the existing 6 speakers. The original system was all 120volt. Ideas guys? Tom, I am adding a 2nd ac to our 38ft Pride 5ver and have decided on the Brisk II due it claim of lower sound level when operating. It will be in our bedroom. I was told that this A/C when turned on, has the fan run continuously and the compressor will cycle on and off only. I will not have it connected to a separate tstat only the units built in controls. So, I am expecting this to run continuously with a slight noise increase when the comp turn on. This does not sound like anything You are experiencing?? So, I was just curious. I have fan set to "auto" and like you state, if fan is on "on" it just runs continuously. To get it working the way it is right now, I had to set the HG/HE switch to "HE". When set on "HG" (as it should be), the A/C fan only runs when fan mode is selected to "on". The a/c fan then also runs when the heat come on. NO fan period when set to auto. but the a/c compressor does run, just no fan in auto mode. A side note: This is the 2nd Honeywell stat I tried. The first was a little more expensive but I had the same problem with it, so I took it back. I got this one, at Lowes, as it was the exact model used by another camper in one of his mods, back several years ago. Same model but obviously not the same circuitry. I wanted to move back to a Hunter as the one I finally got working in our old TT was working just fine BUT Home Depot, Lowes, Ace Hardware nor Wallmart carry the Hunters any more. Also, the whole system still works as designed when I reinstall the analog stat. I have tried several of the many wiring set ups offered by others, even one that blew the heater 15 amp dc fuse. I would sure like to get this working and post on several forums a 2014 answer to the Honeywell thermostats, so others have an easier time making the upgrade.
