This fan opens electrically. The problem is when I close the lid, or shut off the fan, the lid closer motor keeps on running for about 15 seconds, even though the lid is closed. Another scenario is when I don't use the RV for a few weeks I shut off the battery disconnect switch. However, when I turn the disconnect switch on the fan lid motor starts operating again trying to close the lid, even thought the lid is closed. Anyone have any thoughts?Re: Weber QCould I assume your weber Q is the model 1200? Is your grill set-up to accept the screw-on green propane containers? I have the model 1200 grill and it can only be used with disposable cylinders. Unless I'm wrong. If Iam, I stand corrected. Although, I like using the disposable cylinders because otherwise I'm tethered to a rubber hose from my camper. Now I can set the grill anywhere I want. Just my thoughts.Re: Wireless networks while campingGood luck finding a campground that actually has a good Wifi setup. They just won't spend the $$ money on them. I just use a hotspot from Straight Talk and buy a data card and it works well so long as you have a decent signal from a wireless carrier, such as Verizon.Re: Dirt Devil central vac CV1500I'll try the hose clamp. Good thought. Dirt Devil doesn't make a heavier duty wandDirt Devil central vac CV1500This vac works well with plenty of suction power for my 5er. However, the wand is not at all sturdy enough. 2 wands have cracked or split on the end where the hose plugs into. The manfacturer does not make a heavier duty wand either. Anyone have any suggestions or has anyone experienced this problem? I mounted the motor unit in the bsmt of my rig with an inlet installed inside the coach. Otherwise the vac works pretty good.Re: I Really Do Try To Support Camping World, but it's hard.I don't order much from CW. I get their catalogs in the mail regularly, and basically it's the same usual stuff in every catalog. CW doesn't cut you any slack in shipping costs. I can shop at our local RV dealers, and there pretty competitive. Amazon.com has pretty much anything in RV supplies, and most often free Shipping. I have found that with certain RV equipment, they don't carry the brand I want.
