They all have springs to hold them on, and mine fit nicely.Re: Looking for advice on triple axle/larger THsOur 2013 Voltage is 42ft. Long and weighs in at 16K empty on the CAT scales. The main difference from the double to triple axle is you drag a tire when you turn. Our pin weight is 3450lbs, you can compare it to yours, but your truck should handle that as well. Ours has the 14ft garage, and the teenagers love it back there. I really don't think you will notice much difference. Good luck, hope this helps.Re: Voltage slidesWe have a 2013 Voltage, and we have the schwintec slides. We are always hooked up to shore power or generator, and completely level before we move the slides. So far we are all good as well, with the exception of leaving one of the end windows open in the big slide while trying to close it. Amazingly the window didn't break when we wedged it against the side of the trailer!Re: Maiden VoyageI believe certain Voltage models are plumbed the same way as well. I have 2 gray water tanks with 2 separate handles that both drain into the same outlet. Those with the half bath in the back have a separate black water hookup just for the back bath.Re: Manufacturer published vs actual PW and loaded PW's2013 Voltage 3905 and a 2010 F450 on the cat scale. Toy hauler was empty and scaled at 16,200 with a PW of 3240. By empty I mean we had come back from camping and unloaded clothes and food and completely drained all the tanks. We still had our pots, pans, lawn chairs, first aid kit and those kinds of things still in the trailer. I thought my 2000 F350 SRW could handle it, but I was wrong.Re: Voltage paint schemeIn the hot Oklahoma sun, I'll take my stock white paint any day. I see those dark, full paint rigs and just cringe at how hot that would get in the sun here. They look spectacular, and the owners should be proud, but I am just a "function over form" kind of guy.Re: TV Problems with our new FuzionI would have thought that the dealer would have caught this on his PDI. Our dealer had every TV running when we showed up to get the trailer.Re: 2012 Voltage 3950 inquiryWe have a 2013 3905 that we bought new. We did a 3 1/2 hour PDI and the dealer fixed all of our issues before we paid him. It has been back to the dealer once for a water leak, and that was taken care of in 3 days. We camp with our family sometimes, and can seat 14 people for lunch if the weather turns bad. Everyone loves the Voltage, and we have people compliment us on it everywhere we go. I also tried to pull it with a 2000 F350, and quickly moved up to our 2010 F450. I have a 20K hitch and have had no problems, but we never have been close to GVWR of the trailer. We also always level the trailer and only move the slides under generator or shore power. I think you will be happy with the Voltage.Re: Heartland TQ 270 HG cool new concept! Carb Cleaner wrote: The link in the OP didn't work for me . Here's another "massive" link for the "massive" TQ 270 HG: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bli2OPSoeus CLICKY It doesn't look like my 54" tall (at the handlebars, I measured it) dirt bike would fit under the bed when lowered. I guess it's a massive dirt bike. My streat bike bars, may be an inch taller. Great idea, though. Heartlands page for the TQ 270 HG (it takes a while for the page to load, probably massive traffic on Heartland's web site). http://www.heartlandrvs.com/#!dview=modeldetail&c=toyhaulers&sc=TQ&m=689&ajax=? Heartland Torque TQ270HG Wow, there was a lot of information in that "massive" post. LOLRe: 5500 generator keeps shutting down after break in oil changeThis is good information to know. I would not have thought that the oil viscosity would make that much of a difference.
