I realize its about 40 miles longer then going thru Denver just trying to avoid the steep grades. Any thoughts?Re: Safe-t-PlusBought the Safe-t-Plus(Blue) for my motorhome on Amazon last week. Blue was $547 and mounting kit $60 included shipping.Re: fuel water separator filterI just changed my fuel separator this weekend. I had asked Freightliner about the diesel running out and they said work fast....Yes fuel runs, I put my oil pan underneath. Just have new filter ready to go. The only thing that takes time is removing the clear bowl attached to the old filter and putting it back on the new filter.Lake GrandbyAnyone travel from Laramie WY I-80 to Lake Grandby via hwy 230 to hwy 125 into Lake Grandby? Thinking about avoiding coming up from Denver.Re: Green Bay PackersIf you can't get tickets, do the tour of Lambeau Field.. Its really cool. My wife is not a football fan but she really enjoyed the tour. We just parked our mh in the parking lot and did the tour. This was during the summer.Re: Air Conditioner Ivylog wrote: OP, did you buy the 2016 Thor Tuscany XTE 40 BX? Your two roof airs should have kept you cool without the dash air even being on. You need to buy a IR temp gun (Harbor Freight $15 on sale) and start taking temp measurements to justify the warranty work you need. The 20 degree difference on the roof units is at a outlet near the unit and on the grill/filter intake. My dash air by itself will do the job when it's 95 out, but not into the sun so I'll run one roof AC. Shooting the IR gun into the dash air vents you should get readings in the 50s. Often the heater valve does not shut off completely so find that valve above the generator on the firewall and see what the temp is 12" either side of it, not right at the valve on the outlet side. Doubt you will find a 100 degree difference but I would not want more than 10 degrees above the outside air temp after the valve. The best long term solution is to put a manual valve in series with the OEM one which you close in the summer. The more facts you have when you take it in, the better your chance of getting it fixed the first time. Unfortunately your front roof AC is probably only a 13K unit, not a 15K. Good Luck and welcome to the new MH blues. Yes 2016 Tuscany 40BX... I checked the dash AC last night with a thermometer which was 79.6 degrees and the roof tops at 53 degrees. So I either need more freon or ???Air ConditionerDriving during the summer heat yesterday which was about 95 degrees into the sun. The coach was very hot even with running both AC units and the dash running. It was still 85 inside coach, is this normal, the dash has never blown cool air? This is my first DPRe: 2010 Yukon XLI was mistaken and my transfer case does have a "N". I did what the owners manual said and it seemed to all work just fine. Put car in park and took out the key at the end and the Yukon rolled. I would think all is good.Re: Price for 2016 motorhomeWhat is the issue's with Thor?
