Install was very easy and the 310 model seems better built than the 110. It fits my Springdale bathroom fine except for one small problem. The 310 is slightly higher which causes one vanity drawer to not open fully; it hits the toilet seat. So we will just have to reach into the drawer thru a smaller opening. Will not be a big problem.Re: I-95 Exit 104 at Ruther Glen VAIs this the Holiday Inn Express Southpoint? There are a couple of them in this area. Thanks.I-95 Exit 104 at Ruther Glen VAThe middle of Jan 2015 my wife and I will be heading to Florida towing a 26' TT and are planning of using 301 across Delaware and Maryland and connecting with I-95 south at Exit 104 at Carmel Church/Ruther Glen. Knowing that the weather there the middle of January might not be that warm we are looking into what motels are at that exit for one night with large enough parking my truck/RV? Also which ones are not so "poor" that we might object to an overnight there. Any tips would be appreciated.Re: I-95 in New JerseyUsing Google Maps (satellite view) of the I-287 & I-95 exchange in New Jersey to head south on I-95 it appears to be fairly well laid out and hopefully the signs are clear enough to not end up in the wrong lane if there is traffic, which I am sure there will be. Any tips on this traffic flow?Re: I-95 in New JerseySome really great real life info from you folks that tour books don't give. A few more questions about the 301 portion - how are gas stations for easy access with a TT being towed? Also if weather is really cold and an overnight in a motel needed any tips on ones with large parking lots? Thanks again.Re: I-95 in New JerseyThanks for the helpful replies. One question - using 301 south how much of the Washington DC confusion does this avoid?I-95 in New JerseyStarting to plan our middle Jan 2015 trip to Florida from Northern Vt, towing a 26' TT, with the best route around NYC. In the past we have taken I-87 (NYS Thruway) to I-287 (in New Jersey) to I-78 across Penn to I-81 south, but this has lots of traffic in Jersey/Penn and some big hills around Allentown which in poor winter weather can be nasty. I have read on this forum that folks pick up I-95 off of I-287 in New Jersey then go south, avoiding the bad NYC traffic. I have also read on forums about getting on 301 southwest of Wilmington, DE, and staying on it to a bit north of Richmond, VA. Obviously not as fast as the I-95 all the way route, and includes tolls, but seems to avoid a lot of high traffic areas. So, looking for some tips about traveling south in the winter, including how to swing around Washington,DC and get back onto I-95 south? Any advice will be appreciated.Dometic Sealand 110 ToiletI own a 2007 26' Springdale TT that came with a Dometic Sealand Traveler Lite 110 toilet that has been giving problems for the past 3 years, so decided to replace it. In checking with my local RV dealer and online I see that the 110 model has been replaced with the 310 series. Since the bathroom in the Springdale is very very tight I need to be sure that the specs of the 310 (drain hole placement, bolt hole placement etc) are the same as the 110. I tried another toilet model that said the specs were the same as the 110 but the design of the toilet was such that when installed there was more space between the back of the toilet and the wall (which was fine) but this moved the front closer to the tub which caused real knee problems. Had to return this toilet. Has anyone had experience replacing the Dometic Sealand 110 with the 310 model? Thanks for any info.I-84 in PA During WinterStarting to plan our winter trip to Florida from N Vermont the middle of January 2015 towing a 26' TT and would like to know experiences going across I-84 from the NYS Thruway at Newburgh,NY to Scranton, PA to then head south on I-81. Have been told there are some big hills on I-84 that could be a problem in January. Thanks for advice on this route and some alternatives.Re: east bound Pa road conditions?Starting to plan our winter trip to Florida from N Vermont the middle of January 2015 towing a 26' TT and would like to know experiences going across I-84 from the NYS Thruway at Newburgh,NY to Scranton, PA to then head south on I-81.
