I've got a Forest River Charleston that suffered a leaky roof this winter which caused a couple of the panels to delaminate. I've just pulled the cabinets needed to drop the ceiling but I'm not seeing how to get the ceiling down. Is it mechanically fastened or secured with adhesive. It looks like the ultra suede is glued to a 1/4" backing board (probably plywood) and the plywood is attached to the ceiling. Thanks in advanced for your help. Rick Moved to Tech Issues forum from DIY. Air readout varianceMy digital readout and air pressure gauge don't agree with each other. I know I've got 110 lbs in the system but the digital readout on my 2005 Freightliner chassis shows 65 lbs of air. Does anyone know where the sending unit is on this. Thanks, RickRe: Shocking! AC power tingle between frame and (real) groundHad the same issue a couple of years ago. I'm not on the same level of understanding as some on here but the cause for me was the 120v heating unit on my water heater. Evidently, this causes this problem on a regular basis. If you have a gas/electric water heater, it's worth checking out ad easily fixed. Good luck.Re: Forest River Motorhomes RV One Superstores????I had a similar experience as the OP with my selling dealer. 4 months of limited cooperation, nothing worked on and excuses galore. As I said in a previous post, Forest River responded beautifully in part because I kept all calls and correspondence professional and reasonable. The more logical and dispassionate you can be will aid your cause. My local repair shop did wonderful work for me prior to the purchase of my new coach. I asked Forest River if it was possible that this company be set up as a certified repair facility and FR got it done in a matter of a couple of weeks. If the OP wants to PM me, I'll give you some contact info that may help.Re: Forest River Motorhomes RV One Superstores????I've learned the hard way that the quality of the dealer is almost as important as the brand of coach you buy. My experience with my dealer was awful. Forest River was wonderful to deal with and went over and above to make things right. After months of dealer run around (which eventually got the service manager fired), the factory picked up my coach, brought it to the factory and fixed all my punch list items and then some. They then brought the coach back with a full tank of fuel. As contentious my relationship with the dealer was, Forest River never gave me a reason to be upset with them. I can't help but think that, given the chance, Forest River will correct your issue for you.
