I really appreciate all the feedback. Fridge sits in a 42 foot Foretravel MH it is a standard house fridge - no gas - called poison control they responded - smelled the same as I - so at least I know I am not loopy (smiling)! Coach batteries are easy to reach - House batteries are dead center under the coach. Only way to them is to crawl under. Good engineering huh!!!!! suggested I get a hotel for the next couple of nights and then call the plant on Monday and see exactly what they did and the connection to any smell. I also had a really putrid smell coming from mid coach and it turned out to be a house battery that had overheated a cell and I was sure it was a dead cat or varmint of some kind that crawled into the coach and died. I have a 2008 Foretravel Class a Diesel Pusher Nimbus with a ISL 400 Cummins Motor. An Exhaust Manifold Gasket leak was found when I was at the Foretravel Manufacturing Plant in Texas having some coach repairs. I am a newbie to the world of diesel pushers. I also have a "click" - "click" sounding noise coming from the engine. Could this noise possibly be related to that exhaust manifold leak? If so what possibly could this be? Is this a potential real big problem or nothing really to worry about? ISL Cummins 400 Motor has about 67,000 miles on it. Thanks for any and all thoughts related to this topic. Banks in Mexico including Azteca are no longer allowed by the Federal Bank of Mexico to accept ANY repeat ANY American denomination Bills for exchange to Mexican Pesos. Only the privately held "Casa de Cambio's" are permitted to make any such transactions as of about one week ago. Just FYI. I live in Mission in the RGV. Nice part of the world at this time of the year. Try cruising along bus 83 between Bryan Road and Shary Road. Some nice parks with easy in and out about a mile or so north of Expressway 83 west. Nice area, some really great local Mexican Restaurants and very reasonable prices. Business 83 is a nice wide road with easy entry and exits from most RV parks. The best HEB Fish Market 8 t0 10 minutes away with a very large parking area and some of the best fresh wild caught Red Snapper, Gulf Shrimp, Mahi Mahi and many other fresh fish from the Gulf including a nice selection of live lobster as well. Just love that HEB Plus Store. Place has a great bakery and super large Deli as well. Pass the White Cheddar with horseradish (in the cheese) please. robt65502Views0likes0Comments
