The temp sensor could be just going bad to the point of not registering until the fluid is really hot.transmission temp guage not indicating tempA while back both trany temp guages, analog and allison control pad, stopped indicating temp .... the pad doesn't show temp but was showing code 70 which is too low sump temp to show fluid level. I took it to an allison shop and it worked for them right off. They put it in gear and ran the rpms up to 1200. Then they drove it up the freeway for a while... both worked fine. I picked it up today and didn't get a temp reading on the analog ...driving 40 miles ave 60 mph. I got to the storage lot and checked the pad...still got code 70. I then put it in gear and ran the rpm to 1200 and within a couple of minutes the analog started to show temp. I put it in neutral and tried the pad. It was showing code lo- and a flashing 6. Any suggestions?air pressure increasingI was taking the motor home to a shop to have trany serviced. Along the way I had to make a abrupt stop. After I got going again both air guages, front and rear, started to read higher. The front normally reads about 115 to 120, started to read about 135. Rear normally reads the same but krept up to about 140. Any suggestions?2004 fleetwood revolution aux start relayCan anyone tell me where the 2004 fleetwood revolution aux start relay is located. I needed to use the feature but would not work...chassis batteries might have been to low.Re: chassis batteries draingThe batteries are relatively new, bought last Sept, but I'll clean them prior to reinstalling tomorrow. Unfortunately the revo is stored in a storage lot so I can't keep it plugged in.chassis batteries draingI have an 04 fleetwood revolution which has a manual chassis battery cutoff switch. Since last fall I have started and ran the revo once a month for about an hour op through Dec last yr. However, since having surgery in early Feb i have not been able to. I tried to start it today and nothing. I took both batteries out and had them tested and charged... charged full and no bad cells. Could there still be a drain even with the cutoff switch?Re: Battery Disconnect Switchdiscovery4us I was looking at thoes but wasn't sure it could handle the connect/disconnect amp spike. The 4 batteries would, I assume, produce and hefty spark.Re: Battery Disconnect SwitchJoelc.. You may be corrected. It has taken a while to find the water heater bypass, fresh water tank drain and vehicle battery cutoff. The manual for the coach is very generic and doesn't show any of the revo features.Re: Battery Disconnect Switchdiscovery4us is correct, there is a battery use/store switch by the front door. However, as I found out, this doesn't completly isolate the coach batteries. I could just disconnect the ground from battery 1 but would like to have something a little easier since I start it and the genset up every 6 weeks or so.Battery Disconnect SwitchI want to install a battery disconnect switch on my 04 Revolution but want to make sure it can handle the amperage generated by the 4 house batteries. I have searched the board and found information about using disconnect switches but not the size or type. Any suggestions?
