It has developed a small crack and I want to replace it before it starts leaking. Tried Warrior parts but no luck. A Google search shows only sinks, no counter/sink combinations Looking for suppliers to the OEM 's that might also sell retail.Potable Water PipeNeed to replace the 1.5 inch pipe between the 2 water tanks on my trailer. The current pipe appears to be Black ABS pipe. Same with the gate drain valve and elbow fittings. Research shows that ABS pipe is not for potable water but Valterra makes ABS water tanks and fittings.? Research shows that PCV pipe is potable water compatable and Valterra does make PCV gate valves but I am worried the PCV pipe will break with the movement of the tanks. I need some direction. Is there a potable water approved ABS pipe? I see the aquarium crowd uses ABS pipe, is it just a USA building code issue? Anyone used PCV pipe between their water tanks with success? Is ABS pipe toxicity overblown?Re: WW RepairsWhat is the indicator of a rotted out roof. I walk on my 2005 FS2600 roof and it gives a little under my 200 pounds but I can also feel the trailer rocking on the suspension. In the front corners of the roof where the TPO meets the aluminum siding I rap on the roof with my knuckles and it sounds solid and it is not spongy; I had evidence of water seepage there because the screws were rusty and WW did a poor job of sealing the area. I too have a slight sag in my roof by the AC unit, rear corner of it touches the roof. I'll have to check to see if I have finger joint limber on my 2005 which was built in 2004. No leaks around the AC.Re: WW Repairs dedmiston wrote: pcassidy111 wrote: I talked to WW a couple of days ago about my 05 FS 2600 and they said it was not included in the recall for the prophylatic fix, only the 01 and 02's. Not true. My '05 FS2600 was covered. Have you had the prophylactic fix done to your trailer yet? If so what did they do. Who did you talk to at WW and did you give them your vin number? It is my understanding that it is only the trailers that have their tongue formed by the bending together of the 2 pieces of C channel that run the length of the trailer are in need of the fix. According to the diagram of the fix 2 pieces of C channel are welded in between the point of the bend for the tongue and the front of the trailer and the joint is reinforced with a gusset. On my trailer (date of manufacture 04/04) I have 2 pieces of 6 inch C channel that run from the front to the back of the trailer. The tongue is formed with 2 separate pieces of 6 inch C channel. The geometry of my frame is identical to what the fix accomplishes, less the gussets. Are trailers with my frame geometry getting the gussets welding on to them? I gave WW my vin number and they told me it was not elegible for the fix.Re: WW RepairsI talked to WW a couple of days ago about my 05 FS 2600 and they said it was not included in the recall for the prophylatic fix, only the 01 and 02's.
