Adjuster said they will have to get a third party appraisal to determine if total loss. Trailer had full coverage and any insight on the claim process is appreciated. Wide range listed for current units for sale and NADA price guide. 2009 Keystone Bullet 295bhsHail damageWe had a good hail storm Sunday night (ping pong- golf ball size) and the trailer roof has "clean marks" where the hail hit the roof and front end cap. Our trailer is a 2009 keystone bullet with a white roof. I have an appointment with Allstate adjuster Thursday. What should I expect from them on the damage, repair or replace? Any idea what the threshold is for a repair or replace? I have read in other posts that the hail can cause small tears in the membrane after it hits then slowly crack open. The max air vents are damaged with cracks and holes.Re: 5w30 Castrol oil loss 2003silverado wrote: I don't see the year of your truck, but if it's post 2007 it will have the cylinder deactivation and there is some issue with that system that starts to use excessive oil after a number of miles. Google "active fuel management oil consumption". I think it's the same issue. Not looking forward to rings and piston cleaning. ThanksRe: 5w30 Castrol oil lossSorry for the lack of info. 07 silverado LTZ , 5.3 engine 4speed. 139000 miles driven daily short trips . Oil loss is not consistent. It has happened in the past but has been fine at other times. Oil has been changed at 4200-4800 miles and have used Castrol 5w30 exclusively since 10,000 miles. It's not raced or excessive towing.5w30 Castrol oil lossA message came up on the dash about low oil level. I checked and was 4 quarts low. I do not have a leak I looked all over. The truck has 139,000 miles on it and regular oil changes have been done. I use Castrol 5w30 as recommended. Where could the oil be going evaporation. This has not been happening between every oil change.Re: Our summer trip just went down a hole!I fix enough pools to know I don't want one.
