If we decide to replace it, we'd like an Onan. What size would we need?Camping World in BirminghamMy husband is driving our truck camper back to Florida and i am looking for an overnight place near I-65 in Birmingham. I see that the Camping World there has overnight sites. I called and was told there are hookups. Has anyone stayed there and can tell me if there are? He must have power because of his CPAP, so we haven't tried to stay anywhere but a regular RV park, but I cannot find an RV park ( with decent reviews) in the area.Re: Overnight CampingWorld BirminghamThanks - i hope someone knows if there is power. I called the store and was assured there were "full hook ups" but I've been mislead before.:SRe: Overnight CampingWorld BirminghamThe Web site says it is in Calera right off I-65 - and he's coming from the north - is it really that far?Overnight CampingWorld BirminghamMy husband is driving our truck camper back to Florida and i am looking for an overnight place near I-65 in Birmingham. I looked on the Dometic site and they want almost $60 apiece for shelves and then charge extra for the swing up guards! I keep the shelves wiped clean - is the loss of plating a health hazard or just cosmetic? Is there a cheaper alternative to the manufacturer's parts?Re: Older Lance Camper DinetteThere are no bearings - that's the problem The "slide" is just 2 long bent metal brackets on the bottom of the table with a square wooden piece on the pole. It's a very Mickey Mouse set up.Re: Older Lance Camper DinetteI guess we need to clarify the situation. It is a 98 Lance 945 Legend with a U-shaped dinette. The table is on a single pole and slides out slightly so someone can sit in the back part of the dinette. We previously owned a similar TC and the slide on the table bottom was like a drawer slide and worked very smoothly. The current table slide sticks. We contacted Lance and they said they no longer make the slide we are looking for. We would like a picture of the "better" slide from some else's older Lance so we can redo the table.Re: Wet bath Shower curtainPutting in a standard shower rod is a little tricky because the wall has an angle that the track follows. A straight rod will cut the space in an already small bathroom when you are showering. I wanted to know if there is any way to either buy a shower curtain that has the clips that fit in the track or has anyone removed the clips and put them somehow into a standard curtain that has been modified to hold them.
