Trying to come up with suggestions to refine something like this. We do have one inflatable but we tend to move around a lot and inflating deflating thing is a bit of pain from my perspective. Looking for some ideas for carrying SUP or short Kayaks vertically on the rear of my truck camper. I do not want to put them on the roof. I have a rear deck that sticks out 18" behind the rear and the standard ladder. I have seen a few variations. Tires
Looking for some new tires. Frequently running beaches at low tire pressure. Have had great luck BF Goodrich But terrible high way miles. I know it’s asking a lot but I need better mileage. Anyone have experience with Goodyear duratrac. They are rated at 4000lbs and have the deepest starting tread depth. Sorry about that really didn't make myself clear, my bad. Trying to make my mind up on the dodge 2500 with coils knowing i am going to add suspension afterwards or should i just go with the 3500 that i can run stock. My current durimax with the back up camera stinks. The cable connection is fragile and so far under the truck its a pain. Wondering if anyone has found an extension or a better way. On my third truck camper, I have been at it a while so i know what lifting does to the truck. I currently run a 2008 2500hd Diesel with a little arctic fox no slide. I used to pull my boat which i don't plan on doing anymore. The truck is desperately screaming for lift kit when i am running the beaches with my rig. I plan on doing the rear with new spring packs not blocks and a new airbag system. Does anyone have any good or bad experiences with a particular lift kit for the Chevy HD's. I have seen a few that don't look that great. wanted to stay around 4" but can't find any less than 6"1.9KViews0likes8Comments
