generator - black soot out exhaust (diesel)
my diesel generator is putting out a black soot onto whereever the exhaust pipe is pointed. when camping it leaves a black circle on the ground. if parked at home on the street to colors the curb black. it would appear to be a soot and I am not sure what I need to do to fix it. any ideas ? _9.7KViews0likes19CommentsRe: Cost of new windshield for 2003 Monaco Diplomat?
I had a water leak on the top edge of our windshield. They sealed it without removal and it's good now. If they had to remove the windshield they said it would most likely break. They told me it would be a $3400 repair for the one piece windshield. I called numerous auto glass places and no one would touch it. My 2005 LJ is flat towed with leaving the key in the ignition and turned to the first click. This leaves everything shut off and the ignition unlocked. For tow lights I went with a plug and play harness from E-Trailer. Works flawlessly and plugged in with zero splicing or switches to flip. Even the manufacture refers to them as a "GARAGE" model if they have a separation wall inside. Eclipse / Attitude Toyhaulers We had a 2013 Attitude 28AKLG. I run a quick connect on both sides under the doors. I also run a Shocker air horn wired into the upfitter (Ford) switches so I can use the regular horn or use the regular horn button for the air horns. I used my Amex at the local Shell station and swiped it twice to fill up.... NOW my Amex will no longer work at any of the local Shell stations. It tells me to contact the card issuer. The Shell clerk tells me the card is no good and to contact the issuer. I've called AMEX numerous times and they don't show it as being denied by Shell so the card is being stopped by Shell even though they claim it isn't. Cards works fine every where else so I doubt it is an issue with the card. I can use my wife's Amex card at the Shell but even though it is linked to the same account it has it's own card number. I am going to have to get a new card to fix the problem. I am cautious about swiping a card twice now. _469Views0likes0Comments
