My skid plate on the rear of my Class C finally wore out and snapped. It only dragged going in and out of my driveway. I would like to hear from anyone that used skid wheels (steel, rubber, swivel??) Pros and cons to installing them, using them, wear and tear? I will be installing them on my hitch instead of the current skid plates. Update: Went camping over the weekend and used the stove many times over the 3 day trip. No changes to the tiles due to heat - tiles remain intact / no separation of adhesive backing. @KristinU They are a relatively new product - lightweight vinyl tiles with adhesive backing. No grouting needed. Roughly 10"x10" sheet and can get pricey (+/- $10 per sheet) but in my opinion so worth it. Look up Smart Tiles at www.homedepot.com There's many colors and styles to choose from. :)380Views0likes0Comments
