We tow a 30' trailer without a problem. The only issue is anywhere the Maroon decals are applied to the basement doors, they are shrinking and shriveling up. No problem at all where they are applied to the side, only on the basement doors.Re: F53 front end shimmyIt is for sure in the steering. Not an engine missRe: F53 front end shimmyShimmy is still there. Not all the time, but very noticeable. 6 brand new tires and balance, no runout issues, toe is set to 1/8" in. Put 400 miles on it today. No tire wear or issues, but still have the shake. This is a 2008 Damon Daybreak F53 chassis. Any ideas?Re: F53 front end shimmySorry, 2008 F53. No bent wheels, brand new (This week) tires and balance. Nothing bent or damaged. No tag axle. Just noticed the shimmy earlier this year. Happens around 45 MPH.F53 front end shimmyEver since we got our Coach out of storage this spring, it has had a front end shimmy. Everything is tight and well lubricated. Brand new tires helped, but not completely gone. Any ideas? This is a 1998 F53 Damon. Thanks.Re: Dash radioMy Damon runs on the House batteries. My old Allegro ran off the Chassis batteries. All depends on the chassis builder.Re: Dash radioMy Damon runs on the House batteries. My old Allegro ran off the Chassis batteries. The offer a long block which will require an intake, Fuel rail, Injectors & Throttle body. The 3 valve engine uses Drive by Wire; which means new wiring, PCM and gas pedal assembly. Not a cheap bolt in swap at all.Re: V-10Pistons are different also. PCM and calibration too. Not just a head change.
