Selling my RV advice
This is for anyone who has dealt with PPL Consignment in TX. I'm thinking of selling my 5th wheel and considering bringing it to PPL. I went on their website and most of the reviews are negative. I would appreciate input if you've dealt with them, or if there is another place you would recommend to sell. I really don't want to sell it myself. HI all, I have a large fifth wheel looking at a smaller Grand Design Reflection fiver. I don't want controversy over this question, but rather looking for those who own or have owned GD products to see if the quality of product as well as service are what I have heard them to be which is outstanding compared to other companies. We are just about to enter the world of full time rving and was wondering if anyone can shed some light on insurance. Any information would be helpful. We have finally pulled the trigger and bought a 2000 f350 diesel dually and have been looking for a fifth wheel. We saw one the other day (Private seller) and it seemed like it has the floor plan to meet our needs. It is a 2010 Forest River Cedar Creek Cottage. It has been kept meticulously clean, original owner. When they showed us the rig it was already hooked up with slides out and ac running. There was a towel on the floor and he told us it was because the rig was not level, and (it obviously wasn't) that was the reason for the slow drip.
