Many of the large systems used memberships are up for sale all the time, Western Horizons, TT, Sunrise, K/M etc. But his point of only buying if you will use it and then look for what you want on the used market is absolutely true. We have a western zone TT right now and looking at an upgrade through used market because it is 3K cheaper than buying upgrade direct from TT. The lack of parks has more to do with parks and park systems going under due to poor management and/or take the money and run management of sell and suck all the profit out of the system on the way out the door! Half a dozen parks within 100 miles of me are now regular public parks after the membership park folded and the individual park was bought out of BK. extended service insuranceOur TT is a 2006. We got a quote on extended service insurance because we are taking a 5 month trip. It was for $565 per Yr. and a $ 200 ded. Something I do not understand in the quote. It states what is covered and also says excludes pre existing conditions known and unknown. What does that mean ? I asked the rep if there was a waiting period for service and he said no. What happens if say my air conditioner goes 2 days after I get the coverage? He said it would be covered. Why wouldn't they say it was pre existing because the unit is a 2006?Recovering or replacing vertcal valancesI WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHERE ONE MIGHT PURCHASE NEW VERTICAL window VALANCES. OR HAS ANYONE RECOVERED THEIR VALANCES. MY CAT HAS SCRATCHED 2 OF MY VALANCES. I HAVE A SUNLINE RV AND THEY ARE NOW OUT OF BUSINESSrefridg coolant unitThank you all for your positive responses to replacing the refridge coolant unit. Where have your purchased your from? Has any one used the RV ice box? They have a rebuilt one with 3 yr warranty for $ 375 plus $45 shippingRefrigerator coolant unitHas anyone ever replaced their refrig. coolant unit. Our refrig has leaked a little coolant. We have spoken to a few people and they say give it a week and it won't work at all. We planned on using our TT another year and don't want to invest in a new refrig. what do you think?CLASS C or MOTOR HOMEWe have had a travel trailer 29ft. Sunline Solaris 286 which we have enjoyed for 7 yrs. We now want something new as we use our rv for 5 months every summer now. Trying to decide on a Class c or Motor Home. Would like pros and cons. Also we are considering gas over diesel. I have been told it is much more costly for maint. on a Motor Home than a class C. We were going to get a fifth wheel but we would need a larger new truck as well as the firth wheel. Our car should be replaced so we figured rather than the purchase of a new truck, fifth wheel, and a car, it made more sense to purchase a car and class c or motor home. We are retired and only need 1 vehiclevibration/noise on incoming waterThere is a loud noise when ever we flush or run water. It is the loudest when we flush. Any idea what's going on? It almost sounds like air in the line but there are no leaks ThanksAir conditioner musty smell?Has anyone ever had a musty smell from their air conditioner? If so any suggestions as to how to get rid of it and what it might be coming from?
