THEY HAVE ALSO HELPED US WITH REFERENCES TO SHOPS TO HELP TROUBLE SHOOT. DROPPED GOOD SAM YEARS AGO WHEN THEY TRIED TO SEND AN AUTO TOW TRUCK FOR OUR MOTORHOME. DIDN’T HAVE A CLUE. WHAT WE NEEDED.Radiator replacementHoping for some help on finding a radiator replacement. Have 2001 Harney Renegade made by Safari taken over by monico. We need to replace the rear radiator and we are having trouble finding information on a replacement. We have searched this site for others who may have needed to replace a radiator without anything coming up. Has anyone had to have a radiator replaced and how did you find out the company to purchase one? Or is there a site to refer to for information. We have spoken with a few different companies and they refer us to Loki for a label on the radiator. It is 17 years old there is no paper label to be found. Go figure. Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.Re: Transfering photos? After you do all of the above I would recommend a jump drive. They are easy to store and don't scratch like a disc does. They plug into the usb port and work the same way a disc does for loading or viewing. If your DVD player has a usb port you can view your pictures on your TV. Good LuckRe: Looking for a small freezerWe have an Edgstar It is the size of a small college dorm fridge. Can be used as either a fridge or freezer. There is a switch to choose which you want to use. It works great and keeps food frozen solid when we are driving. If we boondock we use the generator a couple of hours at night or in the morning. It is enough to maintain the freezer temp.Re: Dometic fridgecheck all GFI's to see if any trippedGreat Service from Rand McNallyWe purchased a (Good Sam) Rand McNally GPS a couple of years ago. During our last trip I began having a problem with the USB port maintaining connection for power and charging. I called Rand McNally tech service to discuss the problem. After looking up my registration information they found that our unit was just out of warranty. How many times have we heard that HOWEVER Rand McNally offered a one time extension of warranty service. I sent the unit in to be repaired and received emails on the update of the repairs. The end result was Rand McNally sent us a brand new unit after they transferred all of our saved data. To say I was surprised is an understatement. Thank you Rand McNally and Good Sam for teaming up to provide excellent customer service that exceeded my expectation. We received the new unit within 14 days of sending out the old one. This was over 4th of July holiday weekend. It is so nice to deal with companies that respect customer service. If anyone is looking at purchasing a new GPS unit I would recommend Rand McNally. Safe traveling everyone.Re: AZ this winter suggestionsStart calling resorts and getting your name on waiting lists. Lots of things happen and people cancel. For your first year get into a park you may like but then travel and explore others until you find the one you want to call your winter home. Have fun and enjoy the wonderful Arizona winters.Re: Walk-Through Inspection on Purcahsed 5'erTV's and antenna or satilight dish batteries under load ice maker if you have one check for leaks in back of fridge toilet seal be sure toilet holds water and doesn't leak out dump handles be sure tanks are flushed leaks around shower base CO2 detector, propane detector and fire detectors. Good luck and Happy TrailsRe: Whirlpool Side by Side residential fridge ProblemWe have difficulty with the ice maker over filling the cube tray and the water dripping into the holding bin. It then freezes solid on the bottom. You may need to adjust the amount of water being dispensed. We are in a motorhome and move around so differant water hookups have differant water pressures causing more or less water in the cube tray. Each ice maker is differnt check out your ice maker and find the adjustment. Hope this helps.
