Went camping with the in-laws who didn't like me,we were in a state campground in Indiana they were from California, I noticed clouds moving in and asked fil if he wanted help taking his awning down he said no it would be alright, I noticed the clouds getting darker and a little rain asked again and got the same answers, then the sky turned green asked again and was told the awning could handle it,when the wind picked up and blew the awning of the camper across the road up and over the top of the camper and the rain started beating down fil ran out to start taking the awning down mil asked if I was going to help I said no it'll be alright.582Views0likes0CommentsRe: What place has made you Blush, cry, make you proud...?
Choked up twice,I was the director of our local legion riders went to a town having a ceremony for vets lost in the last year,one lost was active duty k I A, DW has a business and one of the things she sells is names and their meanings, she made one up for the young man who was lost and his family requested I read it at the ceremony,had a hard time getting through it, The other time about 15,000 bikers escorted beams and columns from the W T C from the Indiana Ohio state line to Indianapolis, the people lined up on the over passes and lined up on entrance ramps and pulled over on the freeway put a lump in my throat401Views0likes0Comments
