Terrible Service
Last Monday we were headed home when we had a blow out on the front drivers side of our fifth wheel. DW said we will call road side assistance. We did got put on the hold that All agents were busy that there would be a wait until one was free. Mind you we are on I 59 30 Miles south of Hattiesburg. with large trucks coming at us. Finally a operator answers. Ask a bunch of questions which we answer. she said that she will call us back in 15 to 20 minutes. After 45 minutes we call back and get another person. She said let her check. puts on hold seemed like for ever but about 10 minutes. She said the first operator passed it down to another agent. who went home. That she would handle it . give her 15 to 20 minutes. She did call back and said that she was working on it and it will take a few more minutes. With that I told DW w that I will have to do it myself. Bad back and COPD. I went ahead and changed it the young lady called back several time saying she was not having any luck. about that time I finished up she called and said that she found some one but it would be 4 to 6 hours before the could get there. Sat for over two hours on a busy interstate. I did throw my back out and triggerd my COPD At this time I have to consider this a worthless purchase. Looking a a 2003 Winnebago Journey 34HD and a Holiday Rambler Ambassador 36DD Both have the same milage 93K bothe are the same price. Excellent Maintence recrords on both. the Tire code are year old on both. Either floor plan will work for DW what should I be looking for on these units.. I just had some nerve blockers placed in my back as a result I am very unstable Hope to get better. If it does not get better than the fifth wheel will have go there is a whole bunch of pre love unit around gas and diesel. Running from 13000 to well over 100K, are there brands to stay away from,or are there some good orphans out there that will make a great buy. the bride and I go out every three weeks and I will take several trips by my self Fifth wheel is 36 feet long with three slides which I like. now the question which ones to run from, and other than the tire dates what should I look for.Thanks1.1KViews0likes4CommentsRe: Worst Customer Service Ever
My wife ordered a bedding set over the phone 5-7 of this year. we have not received it, but they did charge her card. She called them two weeks a ago took over an hour to talk to some one. I guess we are the odd ones also. Empty Nesters, At 70 and the bride is 61 we go out together to be with each other. This is more than likely our retirement together. No fire because I have COPD.
