You can read it here: 30394790Atwood hot water heaterI have the original Atwood hot water heater in my 02 holiday rambler vacationer. Electric works great. Gas side lights right up but only gets lukewarm. I can visually see the flame. Water valves have not been moved in the 8 years that I have owned it. I'm stumped....Thanks in advance.Re: Class C without a house battery bank???I called the seller back and was very persistent on it having house batteries. I saw online where it had "dual 6 volt deep cycle auxiliary batteries. He was getting somewhat ill with me on my insisting that it had more than one battery. (Chassis battery) In his defense, he's 78 years old, original owner and bought it new. I told him about the auxiliary starting switch on the dash. He said that he had used it once! I said "how do you think it started then since your house battery was dead?" That got him to thinking....he finally started searching more and found 2-6 volt batteries!! He sent me a picture of them. They were probably 8 years old, still working! Within the next hour, he had gone and bought new replacements. He thanked me and said he was thankful that I had been so persistent. He is such a nice gentleman. I intend on going to see it, hopefully this week. Thanks everyone!Class C without a house battery bank???I'm thinking about moving back to a class C. Found one 5 hours away. Its a 2015 Holiday Rambler Augusta 29A. The owner thinks that there is only a chasis battery on it, no house batteries. Anyone ever heard of that? Thanks!Re: Slide topperStone Vos a family own company. Great product and service. You will probably be dealing with the owner.Re: Tiger Trachi I just got a 2002 Holiday Rambler 32ft vacationer a couple of months ago. I had never driven one before. The back end would move so much it totally had me wondering if I had made a mistake in selling my class c. I read up on it and it is referred to as "the tail wagging the dog" It described mine to a "t". I read up on possible solutions to this "wagging" I had an upcoming two week trip coming up and I was about ready to cancel due to this. I decided to try the tiger trac. WOW what a difference it made. It drove TOTALLY different. I just got back from my 500 mile round trip and I couldn't be any happier with it. I'm going to drive it awhile and decide if I need the front one. I bought the tiger trac from Tweetys. They were around $200.00 cheaper than anyone else. I received it in 2 days. It took my mechanic 3 hours to install it. Again, my coach drives completely different after it was installed. Good luck in whatever you decide.Re: tigertrac swaybars on class A2002 Holiday Rambler 32 foot workhorse 22 rear end moving around. what they call "the tail wagging the dog" syndrome. Feels like it is so hard to control the rearend. I had shop look at it today. They had 2 different mechanics drive it and they said it felt "normal". I just moved from a class C to a A. It feels totally unsafe to me..lol.....so I am looking at this sway bar. They told me install time was approx. 8 hours. Everything I have seen online has said 2 to three hours. So I am wondering how much difference it has really made for the money and also others opinions on installation time. Thankstigertrac swaybars on class Ahi. Just wanting opinions, if anyone has installed tigertrac swaybars on their class A's. was it worth the $$$$$? also, if you diy installed how long did it take? If you had shop installed, how many hours labor did they charge? thanksRe: Handling of my class AIt is a 2002 workhorse 22 sorry I forgot to include that in my post.Handling of my class AHi everyone. I just got a used 2002 Holiday Rambler, class A Vacationer. When I drove it home from Nashville, Tenn it seemed to drive good, although I had only drove one once before. We went on a trip not too far from the house, and the rear end just moves so much. It's just plain scary. I have read a little online and someone described it as "the tail wagging the dog". The front handling is great, and it has new michenlin tires on it. It's just the rear end. It does seem to have a lot of bounce. Anyways, I am putting it in the shop this week and I would really like to hear of anyone elses experiences with this. I just don't want to start "throwing money" aimlessly guessing what the problem is. Where would any of you start? Also, if I should need shocks what is some recommendations? Are Koni shocks worth the extra money? Thanks in advance for any help!
