It's very comfortable. I ordered the belt, will pick it up tomorrow. Thanks for all y'all's help!Re: 7500 Onan Quiet Disel fan replacement help neededThank you everyone. For your help and your suggestions. I pulled it apart a little more, and was able to get the new fan in. Your suggestions of a new thermostat and belt etc are under consideration now as I type this. A small amount of money considering the amount of time it took to get it out. Something I failed to mention this RV is new to us, and we are ironing out the bugs. This generator only has 525-550 hrs on it. the hoses & belt look excellent. If it were yours, with the amount of hrs on it, would you invest in replacing the belt, hoses, temp sensor, and thermostat? I'm not really trying to save money here, I'm just looking at the small amount of hours. Thanks again for all your help, StephenRe: 7500 Onan Quiet Disel fan replacement help neededOk,,,, oh man! I see how much work I have to do. Thank you for the photo!! I guess I'm not that far away from having it disassembled some more. I hope. ;-) Looks like you had some serious issues, to take it apart that far. Or like myself, you had one part that you had to replace that made you take it apart. Hope everything worked out ok for you. Thanks again!7500 Onan Quiet Disel fan replacement help neededI have the gen out of the Bounder, I have the driver side panel off, the top off, and the front panel loose. how do I get in there to replace the fan? The old one was in pieces as the air filter housing broke and it got sucked up to the fan and pulverized it.
