Now run "Checkswitch" til the receiver says it can find no satellites. Select SAVE for this option. Turn everything off. Now re-connect the coax to the "Sat In" on the Wally and re-start the antenna and Wally. It should now receive all three satellites. Bingo! Thanks, that did it! Appreciate your help very much.Winegard Traveller T4 or DISH Wally Problem?Need some help getting pointed in right direction. Here are the facts: DISH diagnostics screen reports satellites 110, 119 and 129 all with strong signal and “locked”. But switch status only shows 110 and 119 with green check mark, 129 is not listed. Therefore, I do not get the channels supported by this satellite. Have run all the DISH recommended restarts, tests, check connections etc. No love. I don’t know what may be causing a switch status problem. So, the question: is this likely a Dish Wally, Wingard Traveller, coax cable or another issue? Any pointers will be much appreciated.Winegard Traveller T4 or DISH Wally Problem? This topic has been moved to another forum. In the 2006 boat (11KW) it operates at a constant RPM regardless of load but in the 2018 RV (8KW) it runs at various RPMs dependent upon load. I also like how the transfer switch operates in the RV. There is a slight delay when plugging in to shore power but a 2 minute or so delay when the generator is started. This gives the genset a bit of built in warm up time automatically. Just curious why the designs are not consistent.Re: Slide "Spacer/Glide" ReplacementThanks to all who responded. Part is on order and I understand the procedure to install. thanks!Slide "Spacer/Glide" ReplacementTiffin Allegro RED broken slide "spacer/glide" surface. The plastic piece that the slide rides on when extending or retracting has broken in half and fallen out. There are two of these per slide, only one has broken but if the other one does it will not be good. Local dealer in Mount Vernon WA say they cannot get me in till mid Sept! Has anyone attempted a DIY replacement of this part? Would you kindly share the procedure?Re: Black Water Tank IssueNext time the tank won't drain. Connect the drain hose, lift the open end higher than the tank. Fill hose with water. Open the drain valve. The water in the hose will push the clog back. Close the drain valve. Carefully connect the hose to the sewer drain and empty. Or if gray water and black water discharges are in a "Y" configuration, open the gray valve (while black is also open) and the flow from gray should also push back the clog. Then shut gray, and black should (may) drain. Less messy as no hose connections are left open.Re: Tiffin 2018 33AAPM sent.Onan Genset Spark Arrestor CleaningOnan 8kw, 1800 hrs. Followed directions to clean spark arrestor which may or may not have ever been done by PO. Question is this, when running for 5 minutes under load with clean out plug removed, did not observe any soot being expelled or any different exhaust sound than when running with it installed. How do I know this procedure was successful? Could the spark arrestor be so plugged up that removing the clean out does not achieve the expected expelling of soot? Unit runs fine, just trying to be sure PM is up to date.
