This is what I use for my 6' alum.step ladder. Works great, never a problem. A small cable lock keeps it safe and a rachet strap to keep it secure.Re: Brakebuddy ServiceBeing a "GATOR" does have a lot to do with it for sure. Life is just better for Gators!Brakebuddy ServiceI wish to share my praise for the Great Customer Service I received from Hopkins Mfg. for my Brakebuddy repair. Started out with a call to them about problem with the digital pressure gauge not reading correctly. Note, I had just purchased the BB Classic used and was only seeking advice on a possible DIY fix. After a brief conversation with Gary in tech support I was asked for the Serial # which I found and gave to them. He promptly informed me it was a bad gauge and it would be replaced under warranty (shock # 1). I packaged it up and sent it off. With a 1 day turn around after they received (shock #2)it it was returned to me with not only the gauge replaced but the unit was completely check over and many other repairs done at at NO Charge to me (shock #3). I could not have asked for better Customer Service. They have won me as not only a Customer but an advocate of a great product and outstanding personnel.Re: ScootersI carry an '87 Honda Elite 250cc (about 280 lbs) on a hitch mounted carrier without any problems. I also use a 5X8 utillity trailer if I want to take along my two kayaks and the scooter. Both ways work great for me. Good luck with what ever you choose.Re: Help I'm bugged...I use Prestone Bug Wash windshield cleaner on the MH and p/u truck. I use it on the windshield and on the body with absolutly NO ill effects. Just wipe on with a rag or wash brush let sit for about a minute then go back and wipe them away and rince off. Works on LOVE BUGS and any other bugs I may hit. Best part it's inexpensive (about $3.00 a gallon). I get it at WalMart.Re: HEY we need a sticky for our TT pics!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Rainbow Springs S.P., Fl Feb. 2010 Re: Cool Mods - Thread restored 10/18/2012What gave it away? Yes, we are "GATOR FANS" and we're still working on the inside. :) LOLRe: Cool Mods - Thread restored 10/18/2012Hope this counts as "Mods" Just trying to keep this thread going. Happy New Year!Re: HEY we need a sticky for our TT pics!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Thanks for the reply. No need to apoligize. I have been trying to come up with a good plan for steps and could not find anything that beats your plan. We've been using a SMALL step stool and it is not at all very good. We're going on a two week trip next week and be sure we'll have some new steps by then. THANKS again!
