Yellowstone National Park Area
I am planning on taking the family to Yellowstone and surrounding area for about a week in July/Aug. I am driving from GA and they will be flying a few days later and meeting me out west. Any suggestions on where to stay and where not to stay? Also what should the kids see. I am driving a 40' Discovery Motorhome I am trying to figure out a route also. Thanks! Can't Decide....buy a 2006 Mandalay with 15,000 miles on it or a 2008 Discovery with 15,000 miles. Like the paint on the Mandalay best but like the floorplan on the Discovery best. I have a 7 & 9 year old that figure into the decision also. I want to make sure I don't buy something that ends up costing time and money by being in the shop. I am trying to figure out how big the J Lounge is on a Mandalay 40b 2006. It doesn't look like it folds down or makes into a bed. Can you take the back cushions off and make a bed for a kid? It looks like if you could it would be about the size of a twin bed. We are looking at some Mandalays and thinking about buying one but need to know if our kids will have somewhere to sleep. Thanks! I am looking at some Mandalays...2005 & 2006 and cannot find floor plans anywhere. I think they came under Four Winds those years and now they come under Thor. But I can't find floor plans anywhere. Can anyone help me figure out the air ride supension on Class A motorhomes. Where can i read about it? We are getting ready to upgrade from a gas shock to a diesel motorhome and I want to be assured of getting the best ride. I have seen some youtube videos of people going back and putting air suspensions on class A diesels but I was thinking that all diesels had air bags. Any help will be greatfully appreciated.
