Roadside Assistance
I used our RA while up in Yosemite Nat'l Park last month. My car battery had died, while it was about 45 degrees out in the mountains with 2 kids. I didn't really know what was wrong, I was 20 miles from our cabin and and all your service wanted to do was tow me another 50 miles down the mountain. So, the tow truck never showed up. Luckily somebody came by nearly 2 hours later and gave us a jump start and I was able to travel and get a new battery in Oakhurst. Your RA knew I was stranded in the mountains with 2 kids and never even bothered to check on us; and I never even passed the tow truck on the way down the mountain. I wrote to you the next week when we got home about this, and I never even got a response; yet you sent me an email to renew the service that is good until August!
