Certainly not a luxury place, but have long pull thru sites. Not sure if they are open all year.Re: MiFi and huge data drawDo you use a GPS system that automatically sends you updates? Do you leave your hot spot on when you're not using it? I had a similar thing happen to me twice now. I think one time I had my hotspot on when I was using my Delorme GPS system and I found out it automatically connects to the internet and updates map files. I also have a Garmin GPS and I think the same thing must have happened. Since I stopped the automatic updates and always remember to turn the hotspot off, I haven't used the gobs of gibytes.Re: Replacing compartment door latchesWell I just did it for my Fleetwood Bounder, but no idea if your compartment doors are the same. I assume you are talking about your outside compartment doors. I removed the 4 screws on the back of the handle, took the handle off and unhooked the rods that control the latch. Then I removed the two screws holding the latch to the door frame. Then I took a putty knife and wedged it underneath the latch frame doing both sides evenly until I was able to pry it out. Somebody on this forum gave me these directions and it worked fine.Re: Replace broken latch on luggage (outside) cabinetThanks Brian, I went to their website and the metal ones only cost $3 more than the plastic ones. Sounds like a good deal. ThanksRe: Replace broken latch on luggage (outside) cabinetThanks for the quick reply. I'm prying tomorrow.Replace broken latch on luggage (outside) cabinetI broke one of the plastic "fingers" on the door latch on the outside basement cabinet door on my 2005 Fleetwood Bounder Model 35E. I took off the handle, released the rod that attaches to the latch, took the two screws out that hold the latch to the cabinet frame, but cannot get the old latch out of the cabinet frame. Can't push it out. Nothing moves. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I have a new latch.Re: 2004, 2005, 2006 Bounder Owners Experiences w/ Your RigHave the 2005 35E which we bought new. Love the floorplan. We have the small refrigerator with a pantry and storage instead of the washer/dryer. Have lived in it fulltime since we bought it. Has Atwood Level Legs and have replaced 3 of them. Also replaced the bedroom slide control card. No other problems. Ours in on a Ford chassis and have about 80,000 miles on it. Fulltimers since 1990 with two other Bounders, a 91 & 98 both on Fords.Re: Cedar Key FloridaWe stayed at Low Key Hideaway RV Resort & Motel 2 years ago in our 36' Motorhome with 2 Slides. We had a reservation for a week, but when we pulled in they were concerned we wouldn't fit. They even tried to get us another site with a campground up the road, but they didn't have any on the water. Finally we were able to get in one of their sites. They only have about 5 or 6. It's on the water but no beach. The sunsets were spectacular. A few nice places to eat in town. We enjoyed it, but then we enjoy everything.Re: Atwood leveler problemYes it is normal to be able to twist the bolts by hand. I'm glad it worked for you. Jim, it is so nice to get a message from the person that is having a problem what the solution was. Every poster should remember to do this. Thanks GrumpypapaRe: Atwood leveler problemI've had this problem when just one leveler quits. On the control pad I turn the system off by pushing the on button and then turn off my engine. For the jack where the lights are flashing, I find the nut on the jack that you use to lower or raise the jack manually, and then I twist it around a couple of times, both ways. Then I restart my engine, push the on button and do an all retract. Then it that works, you should be able to lower them if you want. Good luck
