I'm in the same boat what we did was sandwich 6 2by 10by 1 foot long all screwed together and faced it with 3/4 in plywood for the leg to go on the 2in sides that gave me a 12 by 12 landing put a rope stapled so to make it easier to grab and left my landing legs down a little this way we put the blocks under the legs and wind it down works perfect , we only have a 24ft wheel407Views0likes0CommentsTire Rubber Marks On Fender
Yes live and learn before my trip east bought 4 new tires and rims from a trailer place Korean Tires,half way in my trip we blew a tire and to find out the bearing was gone so we changed all 4 wheel bearings and put on 4 new carlile 8 ply tires 205 75 r15 question is how do you get rid of the black tire marks on the fender,tried different products but never removed all of it1.4KViews0likes5CommentsLanding gear
Having a bad hip and back is anybody build a block to put under the landing leg so a person don't have to get down to release the leg slide to pin it in place. thinking of building one10in wide by 12 long by 9in high would save me from getting down and no wife can not do it bad knees,any feed back will be appreciated960Views0likes4Comments
