Manually inflating rear airbag on a 1995 Gulfstream Sunsport
I can't get the electronic controls up front to work, so I'm trying to figure out if there is a manual way to get the fill valves to open on the airbags so I can raise up the rear for towing. I've located the box that contains what is most likely a solenoid for each back and it has a lever sticking out of it. However, I can't budge the lever by hand. Does anyone have any documentation on how you can do this process manually, if at all?293Views0likes0CommentsColeman Mach zc thermostat showing opposite temperature
I have an older coleman mach zc 2 zone system. I have noticed that the rear of the coach is much colder than the front and I keep adjusting the thermostat in the zones. Zone 1 does control the zone 1 a/c unit and zone 2 controls zone 2 a/c unit. Yesterday I got my temperature gun and noticed that even though the zones correctly handle the respective a/c unit the temp sensor readings seem to be backwards. The thermostat was showing 75 in zone 1 , but when i checked the temp at the sensor it was 80. Zone 2 showed 80 on the thermostat, but the temp at the sensor was 75. My first thought was that the sensors were reversed, but it appears that the sensors attach to the control boards in the intake of each unit. due to the locations, I don't think they would have swapped those. Could the issue be the thermostat is malfunctioning? or is the issue somehow crossed sensors? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks254Views0likes1CommentTow vehicle
In the process of purchasing a 2016 Jayco Alante with V10. Plan to tow a 2011 Frontier (Automatic) after I have the drive shaft disc. installed as well as Blue Ox plates, brake actuator and etc. The tow capacity of the TV is 5k. The Frontier is about 4.25k, if I load it w/ a couple Kayaks and misc gear I'll be pushing up on the tow capacity. Anybody towing a heavier rig like the Frontier with a V10? Any pointers? Transitioning from a Trailmanor, so this will be a different ballgame. Thanks9.4KViews0likes30Comments
